The staff is always very nice and helpful. Rooms are good size, and the beds are comfortable.Excellent location. Nice view from room and good cleaning.

Everything was perfect, wonderful friendly staff to welcome us, great sea view from the room. The best hotel we have stayed in Marina di Massa.

Great service, location, included breakfast. Staff were super friendly . Great location from which to do a Cinque Terre day trip or to visit Lucca or Carrera Marble or to spend time at the Tuscan beach clubs.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay.

It‘s not a **** Star Hotel, formally yes, effectively no.Pretty noisy as it is close to the main road snd right in the city center (and it is not the fault of the Hotel of course, the location is the reason to go there), I just think, noise sensitive future guests should be aware of that.

Breakfast was great. Rooms extremely quiet and silent. Dinner was well prepared. Personnel was ready and always available to meet out needs. Beach was close.

Swimming pool was not so large, but you could swim quite well if you wish. Parking was not very large considering the number of customers but we could find a place always except a couple of nights. Pictures presenting the building seem to overstate the size of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and centre of the town. The building is very beautiful. Staff are very friendly.

The airconditioning in our room did not work, they then wanted to switch us to a different room, where it also didn’t work. Finally they found a room for us where the airconditioning did work, unfortunately in this room the window blind was broken and I had to fix it myself. The room was very badly isolated, we heard music from outside until 3AM. Our sleep was cut short because we woke up from a bad sewage smell. In the early morning we could not continue our sleep because there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

Very nice hotel in an exceptional location in the centre and a few meters from the sea. Spacious and very clean rooms. Well-assorted continental breakfast and quality, staff very helpful and always present

Bathrooms weren’t so clean. Last day we didn’t get any clean towels. Breakfast is various once there more room and tourists in the hotel, but the breakfast room is small and if the hotel is full you have to wait till someone will tidy up the tables a while.

This town is laid-back, chill, and the staff are eager to help but also would rather not deal with a ton of drama. I felt like I wanted to be sure THEY were taken care of over them taking care of us, they were just that friendly :). WiFi was also faster than at my apartment in the US.

Nothing negative about the property, but just a heads up that the train station is a 15 euro taxi (not Uber) right away. If you are going to Cinque Terre, stay in Spezia.
