Bed was very hard

People were very nice and it was close to the cruise port.

Rooms a little small nowhere to put your suitcases but overall good

Great location, close to the beach, the main street, and the ferry to get to Porto Corsini!

Breakfast was a little sparce...not much of a selection Great location

It was close to the boat terminal so we had a relaxing morning walking around the city.

No one told us that you could catch the ferry across the River instead of paying $80 for an Uber to go around and over the bridge. It would have saved me lots of money. More information like the above.

Convenient to Cruise port

No one on duty, door locked, code wasn’t sent to get in. Mold in shower and beds were not comfortable

The staff were great, location close to all bars and restaurants, great choice for breakfast, again very friendly staff.

Bathroom needs updating but very clean

Excellent locaton, if not cruising. Great little town. Don't expect early dinner and no not food till like 8 pm. but there is no way to get to the port 1.5 miles and costed €45. We should of been informed this as I emailed back and forth before booking and was shocked at the cost. We should of stayed by the train station Ravenna and RC shuttle was $10 each. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was great. Tiny elevator, tiny room and tiny bathroom.

The room was simple but very adequate. The breakfast was Amazing. Wonderful variety and delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful -offering toiletries, since we has lost luggage and called for taxi when we needed.

Staff was not at this small hotel when we arrived, but came quickly when our driver called. We would have been confused if he hadn’t since the signage was in Italian and we are English speaking.

Fantastic stay, really friendly staff, quaint town, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Would love to go back.

Acceptable, Italian breakfast, with croissants, coffee and juice... If you want something special, eggs are also included...

Needs updating.

Laura was wonderful!! I arrived during the flooding in May 2023. The local train station was closed but She helped me navigate from Ferrera to Ravenna by taxi, even calling the taxi company for me and making sure they would make the trip. I arrived after she left and she sent me the key code for the lobby and then my room. She also assisted in getting me back to train station so I could make the trip back to Venice. Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious!!

The manager, Laura was amazingly helpful and very communicative! Great location!

little old style but overall good and very clean. staff was totally absent and not very welcoming

Great location, exceptionally clean, good design and very nice breakfast.

We could hear other guests through the wall. The bathroom could use a renovation as there was some mold on the ceiling.

we were surprised that no one was there and we had to call a number to get a code to get in the facility. our room key was on the counter with 5 others. not a secure way to do things. didn’t see any personnel til the next morning. our room was in the process of repair
