Locations, food.

We haven't been informed about lunch opportunity for our baby. They have told us that our kid is younger for that. Room service is very poor, there are only three meals.

Nice location is surrounded by shady pine trees. Sufficient parking space was available (at this time of the year). Spacious room with balcony, bright room and bathroom. WiFi worked well. Food (breakfast and self-service dinner) was excellent, abundant and with sufficient variety. Outdoor pool is available. Warm salt-water indoor pool is available in the neigbouring hotel (free of charge) open till 21h.

We missed drying rack for swimsuits and beach towels. No complaints otherwise.

Great activities for kids and the mini club gave us a break for a few hours each day. Gorgeous swimming spots.

Not easy to get down to the beach by stroller. Rooms and hallways quite outdated carpet. Food was pretty basic for a 4 star hotel. Dinner starts at 7pm and kids activities at 8:30pm- way too late for kids. Dinner was also rammed with people it felt like the Hunger Games to get food. Slow and small elevators. No kids plates in the dining area.

All staff were super great and a big thanks to the cleaning staff who greeted my son every day happy and super friendly who do a great job. Entertainment for everyone was great. Food was very good and plentiful.

The only thing was probably for both parties is that rooms with an extra door to another room, you can hear the neighbors do anything.

Staff are friendly, the sea is crystal clear and there are lots of things to do for everyone.

There was a serious instance of E-Coli bacteria affecting dozens of guests before, during and after our stay. We were not officially informed ipfront by the hotel. 3 out of 4 in our family suffered severe issues in consequence. The hotel has not taken any responsibility for this until today (1 month later).

The food, kids activities, the pool, location.

During our stay there was outburst of salmonella epidemic in the hotel transferred by hotel staff.Very crowded during breakfast and dinner.

The air condition unit blows cold air directly at the kids bed, the a/c unit also cant be regulated in any way, it is either off or blowing cold air in all directions while the kids bed is right next to the unit

Very friendly animators ) tasty varied food . Child was very happy , the best hotel for kids .

- beautiful location, beach not too busy, plenty of shade as the area is covered with pine trees. Beach suitable for small children is close by (few minutes walking)- good facilities and activities for children with a playroom- very good service, especially in the hotel restaurant, kind staff- overall good experience and we enjoyed our stay

- 'mom's corner' is not as equipped as expected, there was not a lot of food options for babies (around 1y) - better to bring own food- repetitive food- car access - drop off and pick up should be better organised

The food is great, a lot of choice.

You can hear the noise from the other room (baby crying). The air conditioner is too strong and you cant reduce it.

That was our second stay at this hotel and most likely the last.

Our kid got stomach issues last 2 days of our stay in addition with high fever and vomiting when we returned home. We found out about Salmonela cases in the hotel from news, but no one had provided any info about it to the guests. At the end it was said that 17 hotel employees had salmonela and that they were spreaders, which is highly unlikely in my opinion.Suggestions for hotel: Clean tables regularly and especially children seats as they get messy and get rid of dirty placemats. It is not ok that when you arrive among the first to the dinner, the seat is still all messy/greasy from the breakfast. Playing spaces also need more thorough and frequent cleaning.

We liked the location.

Food was very poor, playroom wasn't clean and its way to small. Path that leads down to the beach isn't accessible for strollers. There was no parking space even though the page says you get a parking spot for that price. All together, hotel doesnt deserve 4*. It's 3* maximum. Also, room is equiped quite poorly and the matresses gave us a backpain.

Great place for families with children,a lot of things to do during the day. Beach is nice and very close to the hotel.

A bit understaffed during the summer season. Also,would be nice to have more space in the restaurant since it was very crowded.

Children oriented activities, assortment of dishes for dinner. Clean beach and sea.

Understaffed for high season

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, both at the reception and the housekeeping.

This is by far the worst 4 star hotel I’ve been to: - The food served is mediocre: cheapest cold cuts, juices with low % of fruit and high in added sugar; the cheapest cheese served. In a nutshell: high in volume low in quality. - There is no swimming pool, but you can use the one of the neighboring hotel - It is a family resort but does not have a beach for children - Rooms are pretty small and the furniture is outdated.

Everything was perfect. Overall experience, staff, cleanliness, food, animation for the kids.

The sun beds on the beach are paid - what for - no save guard, not sufficient sun beds on the swimming pool, one price for the whole day - doesn’t matter if you are only for 2-3 hours. Also the train to the center a bit expensive.

The food is excellent. We were really impressed by the variety of offers and tastes

The hotel is mostly occupied by families with small children, so it may not be suitable for an older couple. Beach towels are not changed for a week. I think there should be at least one toilet paper in stock, because they add it only when it's gone

Staff was excellent, hard working, nice and approachable.

Too many people during meal time. Think it would be better to arrange both breakfast and dinner in groups
