Great location - and service

Hotel location is unique and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the Asian staff as they truly understand hospitality and provide outstanding, friendly, and fast service.

During our stay, we both got food poisoning from a tuna steak served at Restaurant Diana, which was very disappointing. The room service and lobby bar food selection are also quite limited, and the Greek restaurant didn’t meet expectations.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, mini bar, coffee maker, high tech lighting, big shower, tv options, free water, turndown service. Beautiful sun & sea area.

The crystal clear sea, beautiful location in a bay surrounded by pine trees. Picturesque walk around the bay.

The "beach" is a cement pier with dangerous, unmarked steps. People reserve the beach chairs at 8 am but do not show up until the afternoon. The high cost of the hotel and nearby restaurants.

Wonderful location, excellent breakfast, beautiful sea and nature. Morning walks or runs on the cost, very next to the sea in a beautiful pine tree forest. Heaven! Evenings for walks to Mali Losinj and eating at konobas (Barracuda and Za Kantuni)

We didn't know about the size of the atrium room (too small for us) and no terrace - so next time we will book a larger room with a terrace.

Everything was amazing – the staff were extremely professional and kind, the food was exceptional, and the spa area was pure perfection. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Only single beds put together to make double beds. Parking is an extra although this is in a remote location. Cost for added services (food for example) was quite high. We rented a boat via the property, but it wasn't at the level I expected from a 5* hotel (old boat, multiple things not working, level of equipment was low for the price).

that only twin beds are available, and there are no connected rooms. This is indeed unusual for a place that is popular among families, as they typically prefer options that can accommodate parents and children together, like larger beds or adjoining rooms for convenience and comfort.

- The lobby is spectacular.- The Čikat Bay, where the hotel is located, is stunning.- The seaside promenades are excellent and covered by the hotel’s free Wi-Fi.- Breakfast is okay, although I received a hard-boiled egg on my eggs benedict :-(

- The room is extremely small.- The staff is untrained. For example, the hotel has a private beach, but at 10 AM, all the loungers are reserved with towels even though no one is actually on the beach. The staff working on the beach do not remove the towels of absent guests; instead, they just shrug and say there’s no space on the beach. Sad.- The same issue with the electric car chargers—some cars were plugged in for three days, and even though it was obvious they were no longer charging, and the hotel knows which guest has which car because license plates are registered during check-in, they do nothing about it and just shrug as if it’s not their problem that there are no available chargers.

Food in all the restaurants, overpriced with low quality, kids menu extremely poor in pool restaurant and in Bava.

Great for kids. The hotel is spacy, not crowded, with nice personnel. I would always find space to stay at the beach, pool or internal pool. As opposed to Alhambra hotel next door, they have draft beer everywhere in Bellevue.

I did not know and perhaps is not an issue, but all pools and whirlpools have salty water.

We didn't like that there is no Netflix or something like that, you need to pay 9 € to watch a movie. I suppose that on summer nobody is in room and watching movies, but we had one rainy morning so we couldn't do anything else.

Hotel’s public areas snd location are very nice.

I found facilities in the room very poor for a 5* hotel. Mini bar has 3 drinks and no snacks. There is instant Nescafe instead of espresso machine. The room itself was really claustrophobic. I decided to leave early next morning as I was so disappointed. And then packed breakfast. Have you seen it? No napkins, no little chocolate treat. There is a lack of hospitality. Please check out Monte Mulini in Rovinj, Ambasador in Opatija or Villa Dubrovnik in Dubrovnik.

Everything about this hotel is amazing and top class. Amazing rich breakast - literally everything is available.Service is one of the best I have seen in Croatia. Architecture and interior design is impressive.The beach and the whole bay is beautiful!

The quality of drinks in the beach bar is not consistent with the other bars (specifically the Aperol Spritz mix in the bar by the beach is not the correct mix). It's a minor thing all in all, but you should improve it.
