Breakfast is good but for vegetarians, all things are sweet.

Did not provide even a single bottle of drinking water in 5 days stay. No water heating kettle. No cloth ironing iron / press.

It was totally fine, nothing special and the decor was unattractive but it did the job for what we needed which was a comfy bed enroute to the airport. The lady on the day shift was lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big. There is a big Co-op right next to it which was useful and the parking was easy. would stay there again if I needed to like this time but wouldnt choose it for a holiday!!

Very friendly staff, bike storage in a locked garage and cot available for an extra fee. Very clean, tidy hotel.

The bed.

1. The room had no kettle, nothing that one can use to sustain then, if hungry.2. Staff at front desk were not particularly friendly.3. Toilet area smelled so bad.4. Sink kept getting clogged.5. People smoking directly under or near the hotel.

Spacious and clean room, supermarket and restaurants very close.

The room was hot, since the aircon could not cool it down. We couldn’t open the window either, as the back side of the hotel overllooks a big roof with noisy aircon compressors running all night…

The price was not so bad

Staffs at reception is not welcoming. We arrived on the location around 12:00 in the afternoon, the receptionist said that we arrived early and maybe the rooms are not ready but with a angry tone. Didn't say anything because maybe He's tired, but with the type of work He has, he shouldn't be like that.

We stayed here for one night on a short stop on our way south. It had what we needed. The room was clean and very spacious. There's free parking outside, but we opted to make use of the hotel's garage which costs 10 EUR a night. The staff wasn't much talkative, but were helpful. We didn't opt for the breakfast option, decided instead to go to a local bakery in the centre of the town. Overall good value for money.

nothing, everything was good

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and the hostess was very personable. In general it was a good stay and I will returning on the 23 of this month for a four night stay with a group of 48 people.

The room was big, and so was the bathroom. Everything else was ok. I didn't enjoy the breakfast: not many things to eat compared to the average Italian breakfast I usually find in hotels in the country.

The breakfast could be a bit better with real espresso coffee and more variety in the food.

Good value for money. Nice size rooms, simple yet clean. Good for a one night break.

A problem with the aircon being noisy was resolved promptly and efficiently, immediately given another room

We had a hire car and the hotel had free car parking. The rooms are very well priced (we are 2 friends, decided to get a room each). Breakfast is €5 but there is a supermarket downstairs and a bustling Japanese restaurant. The rooms have been fairly recently renovated, they’re big and functional.It’s a short walk to train station (we went to Modena, only 7 minutes away, visited the Enzo Ferrari museum which was excellent). it’s close to a fabulous restaurant Osteria Viadelante which was superb!

There is a musty/old smoke smell in lobby. No jug in room.

Located in the city center, restaurants, shops are in walking distance. Good location to explore nearby cities (Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia, etc.) or car museums (Ferrary, Lamborghini, Pagani, Ducati, Maserati) if you are a fan of them ?.The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly.

Perfect stay for one night for family of 5 (3 kids). comfy beds. perfect location when traveling with car. very polite personel. our breakfast was not included, however in was optional for 5EUR. good coffee.
