Cleaning Service not up to standard In dining Room service charges 35 Km , without proper set up as 5 star hotels! No trays , the staff brought the food holding each dish on top of each other, each plate covered with aluminum foil!Unfriendly staff

The location, quite, very clean, good staff

The room was very comfortable, and we received a free upgrade to a better one. The swimming pool was just perfect — the water was very warm and comfortable for long relaxation with my child. The breakfast offered a wide choice of food.

The hotel is located in an area where there isn’t much to do nearby, except for walking in the park. However, the hotel offered free bicycle and scooter rentals, as well as various attractions like billiards and more.

This chief is making fantastic food they have play area for kids stuff very friendly I’m coming back IN SHA Allah, one more thing if you got a room with balcony it is amazing and big one.

The villa was beautiful, the view was charming, and the stay was comfortable.

The villa could benefit from a deep cleaning, as we noticed some insects and cobwebs.

The hotel is beautiful with a perfect location surrounded by nature and mountains, which makes it very relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful, very kind, and always smiling. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and delicious, and the hotel’s restaurant is excellent. I also liked the extra services like offering scooter, and bicycle rentals. What I appreciated the most is that the hotel is very suitable for Muslim families, as they do not serve alcohol. I sincerely thank them for this, and I pray that God blesses them, grants them more success, and puts barakah in their place. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back again.

Tarcin Forest Spa is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful setting, the natural surroundings are truly the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was also quite good, offering a nice variety to start the day.It’s a nice place for a relaxing getaway in nature, but not ideal if you’re looking for more active or varied experiences.

When it comes to activities, there’s not much to do. We had hoped to play table tennis, but unfortunately their rackets were broken, which was a bit disappointing. They do have a billiard table and a foosball table for some casual fun, but overall the options for recreation are quite limited.You can also rent out bikes, Quads or scooters.Another thing to keep in mind is that there are no taxis available in the area, so getting around without a car can be quite challenging.

The first thing you will like about this hotel is the positive energy of the staff. They spread joy in the atmosphere and they like what they are doing.The view from the Ground Floor Terrace is breathtaking, particularly when having breakfast or at sunset.The rooms ae clean and spacious, and the balconies are wide.The breakfast buffet is very well diversified, I felt nothing is missing. I moved between three hotels during my stay in Bosnia, and the breakfast of this hotel was the best among them. The food ordered "a la carte" for lunch or dinner is super delicious too.Although the TV was not smart, it had the mirroring feature so I was able to cast movies from my mobile Apps and watch them on the TV with a very good resolution. The WiFi signal in the hotel is strong and has an adequate bandwidth.Finally, you don't want to miss the taste of their Espresso coffee. It's fabulous. You'd also enjoy a walk in the adjacent forest.

The bed pillows are terribly soft, and putting two together does not help. I had to buy personal pillows from the market.There's normally a queue at the toaster during breakfast. Adding a second toaster would be nice.

everyday you have the same breakfast buffet - a little bit boring. some bathrooms have bad smell which affect the experience.

Needs clarity on pricing of extra services before booking them for guests. Not much to do outdoors when it’s not the weekend. Otherwise everything was great.

Amazing staff, great food and perfect scenery

The staff were exceptionally kind everywhere we went - I really appreciate that. I loved the house, the restaurant food, the game facilities, the swimming pool, the spa, as well as the children's park in the woods.

The swimming pool is for adults mostly, 140 cm deep, so there is no safe side for smaller kids.

We had an enjoyable stay in Tarcin Forest hotel with its amazing location overlooking the forest and the beautiful landscape surrounding and the gorgeous mountain The rooms are being well maintained and clean The breakfast excellent with variety of food to choose from

1.Isolated from the city that requiring driving long distance should one wants to buy essential things2. The rooms do not have night lights

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, and we got a free upgrade to a room with a better view. The bed was big and comfy, and the balcony had an amazing view. Overall, a good stay.

Dinner was just okay, nothing special. Our duvet cover had a huge rip on the side, but it was late at night when we noticed, and we couldn’t be bothered to ask for a replacement. The overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. Nothing alarming, but not quite up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The glasses weren’t clean, and there was trash in the bin. The bathrobes had holes and rips.
