Hotel Bia Maore

The location is good, room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

WiFi wasn't the best and parking inside is limited, but it wasn't difficult to find a spot just in front of the hotel.

The staff communicated very effectively as we came in after hours, having spent all day at the Cala Goloritze. It was a very happy discovery to find that Baunei was, in fact, one of the Blue Zone villages in Sardinia where Dan Buettner's series was filmed. The customer service was amazing, and the view from our Balcony and from Breakfast was incredible.

The view from the terrace is amazing. The design of the hotel and the cleanliness is great. Friendly personnel.

The parking garage is most of the time full, nevertheless you can park on the street. Breakfast is from 8 am till 10 am, but most of it is gone before 08.30 and it is not being refilled. It is also mostly sweets.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to reach by car but only a short walk into town and we were able to park in the secure hotel garage overnight. The breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed it on the terrace. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Really lovely little hotel in the mountains. Equipment was a little oldschood, but I didn't mind. Breakfasts were good, but I am spoiled with eggs & bacon being a standard these days - here you couldn't get a warm dish for breakfast. View from the balcony was beautiful, parking wasn't a problem. Ladies at the reception were extremely friendly, overall we were very happy with this little gem ??

Wifi could be stronger and the lights in the room were weak - I could use a stronger light bulb.

We spent three nights here. The receptionists were really kind and they were very flexible regarding our requests (eg.: having breakfast a little bit earlier). The room was nice and clean with a balcony with wonderful view. Highly recommended in case one travels to Baunei.

The breakfast was good, but there were only cold foods.

Hotel Bia Maore in Sardinia offers an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, especially the terrace with its breathtaking view over the valley.On my second day, I got a pretty bad sunburn. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the staff members left some aloe leaves in my room with a kind note. This thoughtful gesture really made a difference and exemplifies the exceptional service and care provided by the hotel staff.The location of Hotel Bia Maore is perfect for hiking enthusiasts, with numerous trails nearby that showcase the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, the hotel is impeccably clean, which added to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay.I highly recommend Hotel Bia Maore for anyone visiting Sardinia. The combination of the stunning location, excellent amenities, outstanding customer service, and spotless cleanliness made my stay truly memorable.

The hotel is really great located, a coulee a minutes you could find supermarket and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff really friendly. The room was big and clean.

Wonderful view of the mountains from the room, beautiful and spacious room, wonderful breakfast with outdoor terrace to enjoy with view of mountains. Close drive to beach trails to Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritze.

Friendly, helpful staff. Exceptionally clean , handy location to the town centre and a 15min drive to the beachside town of Santa Maria Navarrese

The sound resonates a lot in the corridors, maybe some room door isolation would help.The mattress is great, but the pillows are too thin and hard (well, for my taste).

The service here is absolutely fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the view, incredible. And Baunei is just gorgeous. Definitely recommend this hotel. Also we asked for early breakfast as we were checking out before 7am, just wow. The presentation and effort, the excellent selection that had been pre prepared for us was just beautiful and every element was as good as it looked, fantastic! Fruit, sweet and savory pastries, cereals, yoghurt. And told to help ourselves to coffee. Thank you so much for your wonderful and attentive service.

The reasons I gave 8 not 10: No blanket in room and nobody manning reception overnight. I was too cold to sleep or too uncomfortable to sleep using the single bed-topper as a blanket, which was highly textured and shape wise doesn't really work as a cover and was too thick and warm to use in early September too. Nights are cooler from late August so blanket in room next time please. Also, there was what sounded like a noisy generator kept kicking in, this made it impossible to get to sleep on top of the cold and discomfort. In the morning I used the coffee machine and realised I was now inflicting this sound on the guests! Maybe switch it off over night/after midnight as guests need a good sleep, it's incredibly noisy and resonates throughout the hotel. We had a very tired early start after not enough sleep. *the mattresses were very comfortable however, really excellent quality ?

Easy access to Cala Goloritzé. The hike must be reserved through app. Near restaurants. Small but convenient breakfast. Very clean. Pleasant smell in the rooms :) Wifi very slow in the room, but works just fine near reception. Cellphone signal also weak.

After booking we upgraded for a room with sea view for just a bit more money and it was very much worth it. Boy, what a view after waking up! The terrace, where you can have breakfast, has the same magnificent view, but still having it from your balcony is another level. The breakfast is excellent, all kinds of choices - sweet and savory. The room is very comfortable and nicely furnished giving a traditional look and feel. Parking was very easy both on the street and in the garage.
