    Pros +

    • Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, historic structure. Ideal location.
    • We enjoyed staying at this hotel, We were upgraded from a family room to a suite which was large and well decorated, There was a large terrace with nice views of Bosa. Breakfast was very good for European standards.
    • Location was central with easy parking.

    Cons -

    • Nothing. We would definitely stay there again.
    • If you need an Iron to press a shirt, you're out of luck!
    • The rooms was *very* run down, and the floor was dirty, as though they had forgotten to clean it. The room, hall to the room and the breakfast area (tables and chairs) were very, very shabby. Balcony railing very rusty, not a good look or mâles one feel pwrticularly secure. Poor product for price that was paid.

Center of old town; pleasant staff, unique artifacts around this historic hotel.

    Windows leaked during rain storm.

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms, with amazing location, nice views and friendly staff, very tasty breakfest

We were concerned as this was the only 3 star property we were staying at. Simply loved our stay. The hotel is as charming as the town of Bosa. It is a little old but it has been fixed up beautifully. The attached restaurant is also exceptional and good value.

Maybe the bathroom is a bit small and dated but who cares. The place is so charming that it is a small matter

Location to Centre and parking were pluses. Nice breakfast with many choices.

Design of room awkward and had very very noisy stairs.

    10GarryPosted on: 10-5-2025

Beautiful property! Staff so wonderful! Parking is easy. Great communication! We had an early flight and they were so accommodating in every way.

That we could not stay more than one night!

    Good location in Bosa

Beds weren’t great. Pillows needed a refresh

    9JeanninePosted on: 9-26-2025

Great location. Junior suite was a great value with a terrace looking at the town, for only 25 EUR extra per night. Restaurant served excellent dinner.

Great staff. Wonderful location. Big breakfast. You can walk from there to everywhere in Bosa. Just a few steps from the beautiful river. Very short drive to the beach. Bosa was our favorite town in Sardinia!

    8ToniPosted on: 7-7-2025

Great location, 5 min walking from historic center. Free parking.Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Quiet and good AC. Good staff at the reception, less so at the restaurant

The restaurant is way overrated in term of food and service

    10KerstinPosted on: 7-5-2025

Room was gorgeous with high ceilings, sauna. Hotel has elevator which always makes hauling bags easier. Parking easy. Super walkable area. Just across the bridge we got the best sandwiches. Breakfast was delicious. Air conditioning amazing.

    All good

    7KailinPosted on: 5-30-2025

Location was fantastic. Parking was close and easy to access. Big pro was the parking as we had several driving days to explore the island and this made the end of the day and early mornings very easy. Rooms were slightly older in the amenities but this may be due to the town itself being smaller and older. I would stay again, but knowing the loft room was difficult to access the bathroom in the night and loud on the street. However, I booked this accommodation mainly for the parking and breakfast. If this is something you also appreciate, I would book 100%. The breakfast was fantastic! The ladies were very nice, and the options were extensive.

Bed was hard for American standards (which I anticipated while booking) and the bathroom had a bit of a lingering scent/difficult ventilation.

Beautiful building, nice staff, great location

Failure to notify me in advance that a weekend Beer Bust/Rave/Laser show would prohibit sleeping until after 2am

    9PeterPosted on: 4-21-2025

Room with city view very pretty, wonderful old building - architecturally pleasing. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff, great location on the river. Parking free opposite hotel.

    No iron available.
