- I had a great experience at this hotel located directly across from a large beach. The spacious building was comfortable, clean, and tastefully furnished. Gabriel at the bar provided helpful insights about Sardinia. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the historic fishing town of Bosa, Sardinia.
- Don’t go there. Not worth any money. Unfriendly staff, not clean and loud and noisy till late in the night
- The AC was leaking. They sent someone to fix it who just put a bucket underneath. Plop, plop, plop all night. No hot water, just a trickle. No water to flush toilet in the morning!!!

At first we didn‘t get the room we had reserved, it was a used room (not cleaned) After we complained, we get another ro
Good location right in front of the beach with a few nice open air restaurants. Big swimming pool.
We got, what we expected, which was not much actually. An oldfashioned big hotel probably from early 1990s or even late 80s and not much modernized since then. So you got this retro atmosphere. We've got a slightly leaking toilet in the room, which one would survive, except it was pumping water every two minutes which was quite disturbing. We asked on the front desk to do something about that, unfortunatelly nothing happend. So I played a plumber and stopped the water at least for the night. The question is - do you want to play a plumber during your holidays? :-) The breakfast was a big dissapointment - just some sweets, not exactly from a lokal bakery. Cofee from a machine - they had two of them, however one was broken, so you had to wait about 10 minutes in the que to get your cup. Parking was not easy as well, as there is no dedicated parking place on site and the streets were full. It was cheap though, but still - a good value for the money? Reather not, I think you get better in Bosa. We stayed there just for one night and personally would not recomend more if you wanna have a nice holiday.
Definetly not a 4 star hotel, more like a 3, but for the small amount we have paid for 5 nights, i must admit it s absurde to ask for better conditions. Full of restaurants offering delicious specific food and the city of Bosa is extremly beautiful.
Cleaning ladies did their job every day but the room was outdated and dirty, old wooded bed, the air conditioning didnt worked for two days so we couldnt sleep because it was too warm.

We had to stay in this hotel because there was a big wildfire on the village we were staying. So it was a very scary time and on very short notice. Since it was high season not many places had rooms available. We call this hotel prior to looking into booking.com, we called the reception and asked for a room, they wanted to charge us 120€ knowing about the circumstances and our desperation. Since it was too expensive we kept looking just to find out that on booking.com their price was 78€. Since there were no other choices we decided to stay there. They gave us probably the worst room in the whole hotel. They didn’t even made the effort to show us how to get to the room (it was only possible to get there by crossing the kitchen/“restaurant”) so we had to get again down to the reception to have them show it to us. Everything was very old and not well maintained (or maintained at all for that matter). When we wanted to take a shower the water was completely red/brown from the rust (please see picture attached). Also there was unflushed toilet paper on the toilet. So, all in all, we would recommend not to stay in Malaspina unless you are escaping from a fire! And even then, consider sleeping in your car if the temperature is not 39 degrees celsius outside. Crappy hotel.
