Charming Hôtel - Les Pasteliers

The owners were so friendly and helpful. They also spoke English which was a great help. We liked being able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Hotel Les Pasteliers is a lovely family operated hotel right in the heart of Albi. From the gracious and so helpful owner to the lovely bedding and comfy bed- we loved our one night stay at this hotel! The owner helped us find free parking, guided us to the landmarks and provided an excellent restaurant recommendation. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere in this lovely town. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, very clean, breakfast was exceptional, comfortable bed and great shower. But the best part was Chris who checked us in and provided us with all the necessary and useful information regarding our stay. Truly a pleasurable experience!

This hotel is great value, perfectly positioned just on the edge of the old town which means it an easy walk to all the sights of Albi. They serve a fabulous breakfast and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The owner and her husband are lovely people, and both went above and beyond assisting us when our train was cancelled at the last minute. We would definitely stay again.

Room was adequate and the ac was welcome. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the art throughout the hotel.

The room was a bit small but since we weren't there much it didn't really matter much. We wished that we could have had coffee/tea in room but not sure it was available without buying the breakfast. That wasn't clear.

I loved the creativity in the decor. The different roomss in the reception, make it unique.The staff is so nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The overall price-value is great.

The breakfast buffet was nice, but it could have more variety of pastries. The coffee machine made up for everything.

Amazing stay at Les Pasteliers. The service was exceptional. Staff members were friendly, helpful when providing maps and info about the city, offered to keep our bags safe throughout the day after checkout, perfect location … breakfast was delicious, a bit pricy but worth the money and experiment. 10/10, Would definitely recommend!

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff who are ready to give tips about the city's attractions both culinary and otherwise.

The lovely bathroom is poorly ventilated, but that's me nitpicking. Only because you asked.

Reception excellent. The proprietor was very helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. The breakfast was very good, fresh squeezed orange juice local ham etc etc. Good coffee. Our room was quite small but with a good sized bed, very pleasant private terrace, lots of power outlets and very modern bathroom. It was perfect for our short stay.

Nothing regarding the hotel. Although in high season the public parking is likely to be fill up early and you need to be aware of market days which close all or part of this parking.

Perfect location just minutes walk to old city centre. Stayed for 2 nights. Loved my room, the bed is comfortable, great helpful staff, delicious breakfast with homemade jam and pastries. So much better than I expected for European style breakfast. I also asked for a quiet room and I was accommodated with my request. I’m really greatful for a pleasant stay. Definitely worth the money.

Great little family run hotel with nice staff, amazing breakfast buffet and well located to explore Albi.

The rooms feel a bit dated, but overall the hotel has a lot of charm which makes up for that.

This was our second visit this year and this time we brought friends with us. The hotel is so convenient for the Cathedral and the centre of town, with free parking very close by. It is very peaceful and the breakfast is excellent, with freshly squeezed orange juice and local jams. The staff are lovely, so helpful with tips about restaurants.

Staff totally helpful. Position for the town very good.. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very comfortable and attended to every day.. Loved it!

I cannot say that there was anything we did not like. The place and people simply exceeded expectation.
