Location was great for walking to old town. Price was good

Air conditioning did not work. Fortunately at night the weather was cool and we could open our windows. Staff does not speak English

A lovely small hotel near the center of Albi. Everything was good. Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Not to mention free parking!

Parking

The room had numerous maintainence issues, which could have easily been addressed. Worst was my heating in room packed up at 1AM, it was minus 4 degrees outside, hence I hardly slept. information sheet needs updating, wi fi required a password which front desk were unaware of, they had to call out to get information. As a previous Hotelier. Selling my U.K Hotel last year I am reluctant to place poor reviews as I appreciate the difficulty in running and maintaining the property...however, it seems that the Hotel had been lacking some much needed TLC for some time, hopefully this feedback will be well received, they can address it and move forward.

Reception staff lovely. They also prepared/ served the breakfast. Breakfast was good.

Gloomy, dated very cramped room. Decor miserable brown. Mouldy ceiling in bathroom. EV charger not working. I only booked it because I could charge the car there.

Good location easy walk into town. Good little park near by for the dog. Nice to have drink making facilities. Kerry and his staff were most helpful.

Car park was a little small

Friendly reception and some English. Location was ok but nothing around it, was a 15 minute walk to centre of town.

Shower door over bath not secure, toilet seat not secure, no minbar. Walls very thin as you could hear people above and adjacent taking showers, toilet and walking about.

The welcome & information provided. The spacious room being fully air-conditioned in the middle of a heatwave was wonderful. The beds were comfortable & breakfast was great.

Do not call this room a Suite! It is a suite if you calculate the space available but the overal quality is a 2 stars or Motel. The furniture are very cheap and the overall style of the 012 Suite is corny and very low quality furniture and material. Except the shower which is brand new and stylish. Decoration is poor eventhough it might be new as well. Bad taste. . Maybe instead of 2 TVs you could review the style of the Suite. I think 70 euros should be the correct rate applicable for this room standards.

Location, free parking

The room was minuscule and barely furnished. The bathroom didn’t even have a towel rack. There was a car charging station in the parking lot, but, in spite of the staff’s many efforts, it didn’t work. The lady at the reception spoke a very rudimental English (while the guy the morning after spoke a perfect one)

We loved the experience of waking up in peace and tranquility with a view on a lush, green park, while staying within walking distance across the bridge from the busy hub in the middle of the town. There was a fantastic bakery just about 50 m away around the corner where we had breakfast every morning on our way into town.

Overnight parking at the hotel's dedicated parking atea was a bit tricky, but parking at the side of the street in front of the hotel proved to be a good second option. Over-the-bath-showers will always be rather uncomfortable ...

We were in Albi for the Pause Guitar festival, and it was an easy walk from the hotel to the main stage, as well as over the river into the town centre. The staff were very welcoming, and we appreciated the free parking. The room was comfortable and quiet. We didn't try the breakfast, which looked copious, but we used the useful tea-making facilities just outside the dining room.

The bathroom was separated from the bedroom only by a curtain, which didn't provide much privacy!

Friendly helpful reception who spoke good Irish. Clean comfortable room. Secure parking for my motorcycle without charge. A short walk to the centre.

We had a great one night stay. The staff was wonderfull, room was spacious and clean. I really appreciates the secured private parking for our motorbike.

Ample sunny room with a fridge. Bathroom included a bath. Helpful staff provided a bottle -opener and wine glasses. 11 am checkout allowed another walk and coffee at nearby boulanger before departing...

The staff were very friendly, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The location was great with a short walk across the river to the old town.

Just a place to stay over

Wifi not working no showercortsin. Floor gets all wet bathroom cold. Heater barely works No bedsi table on my side of bed

The service at reception, the room and parking made my stay very comfortable and happy.

Just that the location is not that central.
