It is a charming old building with history and character on the edge of the old town and not too far from the river.The private parking area behind the hotel makes it an ideal choice for travelers with rental cars.The breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable.For those with mobility or age issues, there is a small elevator, which we used both with our suitcases and after a tiring day of walking around.

Nice, very clean, slightly old-fashioned (not in a bad way) hotel, well placed near Central Albi. Outstandingly helpful staff- bilingual. Very well run. Plenty of room in bedroom. Secure carpark. Overall, a strong recommendation.

Breakfast ok but could have been a bit more varied. Decor a bit tired. Not big problems.

Caroline and the staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The Hostellerie and its garden are an oasis near the heart of the city.

Difficult to find and in need of a renovation. also, room was tiny!

Wonderfully situated Hotel, near to the centre of the city and its great shopping and market district Safe and secure garden parking with direct access to the hotel lobby.Staff were so helpful with directions and advice. We'd return again without hesitation.

Nothing to say

The hotel is conveniently situated and very quiet considering it's proximity to a road. The beds were very comfortable and in a large room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. A kettle in the room was much appreciated.

The breakfast offer was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The choice of meat and cheese was poor, fruit offer was grim, apples and stale fruit salad. In comparison to the four other hotels we stayed at during our two week visit to the south of France this hotel came bottom of the list for breakfast.The bedside lights were not bright enough to read by.

we didn't encounter any problems with this hotel. There was no restaurant for evening meals but this was not an issue as there were plenty of excellent places nearby.

Nice big room facing the street ( that was quiet). The hotel has a lovely garden. All in walking distance to the old town.

Could not get reliable wifi in our room

Excellent location a few steps from the historic center with the possibility of secure parking for a motorcycle for 15 Euros per night. The hotel's beautiful architecture evokes the early 20th century. Absolute peace. A fantastic opportunity to sit in the cozy garden (the garden can be visited even after the staff have left by entering through the first floor - ask at the reception).

It’s seen better days…Breakfast was a bit pricey

Its central location and easy parking in a large secure courtyard together with the friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and a good shower room.

The breakfast had rather limited choice and it would be nice to have it outside in the garden.

YA poor breakfast eg you don't expect "Kraft style square pieces of cheese" with your breakfast when in France. We had read excellent reviews of the breakfast which turned out to be pretty poor.
