Pros +
- Good location near train station. Excellent breakfast. Basic rroom.
- Breakfast was excellent if a bit confusing. Cups and glasses far from beverages. Very copious.
- The hotel is a bit rundown. The room was very basic, but clean. Good for a one-night stay. While Booking.com states the hotel offers free parking, the reality is that it charges €10 for parking at their lot. Free parking is available in a public and thus unsecured lot across the street.
Cons -
- Our room had a stale smell. Did not see how to open a window. The w c made a screeching noise. Convenient place to meet friends and family. The shuttle was great.
- The attached restaurant was a hit or miss. My wife enjoyed her dinner; my dish was a disaster.
- The shower room door was a bit tight to enter. Not a real problem.

Close to the center of Albi and not in the middle so it was easy to locate. There is parking next door that connects to the hotel. A better breakfast than the usual meager French offerings. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
The shower room door was a bit tight to enter. Not a real problem.
The Hotel location, the staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel feels old and much like a student's camp unlike the extraordinary photos on booking.com, some intense renovations would make it look better. Garage pathway is very tight and breakfast has very big room for improvement (no vegetables at all!)
Really good placed. Not to close it too far from the city center. In front of the Train Station. Staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was good.
Compared to the main hall, the rooms looked a little old fashioned, the TV, even though it was SmartTV, wasn’t connected to WiFi, so I couldn’t watch anything but the French television.
Pretty good overall although the room hadn’t had the makeover that the ground floor had had.
Location just a bit out of the centre and parking limited outside the hotel.
Pets are allowed (+8euros), comfortable beds, swimming pool, free public parking in front of the hotel, nice staff
Nothing to say !
It is cosy, quiet, with a little swimimg pool

The hotel was okay and prette descent value for the money, but the "grand" is from an earlier er if you ask me.
We booked 1 room for our family (2 adults and 2 small kids) which was confirmed. Just some hours later while in the car to the hotel they called us that there was no 4 bed room available so they splitted up the family. Once arrived at the hotel it seemed that both rooms were on the extreme ends of the floor which was very uncomfortable with luggage etc. We got free breakfast after asking for a compensation, but that did not made up for the huge discomfort to be honest.
Disappointing
Not very close to the centre, in front of fhe station. The adea is not. Very nice. The room was old fashioned, the toilet had no proper shower
Location was opposite the train station and the free minibus ran regularly into the centreThe open area near reception was comfortable and we watched the Euros thereStaff were friendly
The decor in the bedrooms looked a little tired
The property was easy to find and within walking distance of the city centre
The only thing that concerned us was the fact that there was no “private” carpark at the Hotel
I chose the hotel because it supposedly have a free parking: The free parking was the one of the rail station on front, hotel does not have one. I chose it because it had a restaurant and I travelled 600 miles to get there, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 9,25 pm a very unpleasant woman told us with arttitude that the restaurant would close at 9,30. Who the hell close a restaurant service at 9,30 in France ?Rooms were little, 2 small beds, no closets, bad bathroom. I really do not recommend any with normal standards to go there.
Passable
Old worn out hotel! This has seen better days! Overpriced and outdated. Restaurant was not good either, carpacio was stil froozen solid and steak was over cooked. All this for over 120,-€ you would expect something better....
Nice and quiet location. You can park in front of the hotel or use private parking (behind the hotel with a locked gate, 10 Euros per night). The area is very quiet and feels safe.
Excellent hotel, courteous and helpful staff, great facilities and spotlessly clean. Great location in a great old city.
Very little to complain about other than the lack of milk in the room for a cup of tea (very English complaint?).
Nice place just in front of the station but still quiet and close to the historical center.Thank you to Camille and Fabien for the restaurant in the evening which was very good.Thank you to Géraldine at the reception for her kindness and energy.
Something to further hide the sun at sunset in the restaurant would be welcome for the people facing the street. An air conditioning in the gym is needed as it cannot be used in summer due to the heat although there are good equipments for a short training.
Good hotel to do a stay at Albi and visit the city. But you have to walk to the historical centre approx 1 miles. Very friendly staff.
Should have checked as not fully central.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for the train station and a 15 minute walk to city center.
Would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room and real cups, not paper ones! The staff at desk did get me a bottle of cold water when I asked for one.
