Evening receptionist didn’t know what she was doing..I presume she was new.The morning receptionist was extremely rude and upset me unnecessarily.

Location was perfect for seeing the city on foot. Clean, quiet and friendly.

Air conditioning wasn’t working

- Room was modern and clean- My room had a great view on the Albi Cathedral- For a three-star hotel in France outside the big cities, the breakfast was quite good. - WiFi was easy to use and fast

- Considering the hotel is a rather new building, the noise insulation was really poor. You can understand what the person in the room next to you is saying. Also the windows were quite poorly soundproofed, the hotel is next to one of the busiest crossings in Albi. I live in a building built in the 1970s, it has a way better noise insulation than this hotel built over 20 years later.- The room was certainly smaller than the 20 m² stated on booking.com, my personal estimate is 14-15 m²- The key card system might be "ecological" with wooden cards, but: Those don't fit into wallets, also, as someone working in IT, I have some concerns about the security of the system (or how it is managed). - Breakfast staff began cleaning the breakfast room way before the breakfast time ended. Particularly the orange juice machine was taken out of service almost an hour before. - The coffee machines seemed to work with powdered milk, not with actual milk.

Hotel lobby, dining and room are well kept and clean. Few minutes from town centre, eateries and supermarc.

Pillow too soft and room lighting quite dim

I like almost everything: the staff is nice and welcoming, and the food was really good. The room was clean and the color combination was really interesting.

The hotel does not own parking in the venue. They have advised us, where to park, in close proximity.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help with a medical problem. Pierre was an exceptional manager. Ines assisted with directions. Other staff were kind, thoughtful and polite.

Very nice and great breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable and AC basically didn’t do much. It happened to be pretty warm when we were there so the room was hot and we could never cook it down.

Great view of the cathedral from our room! Colourful modern design in the lobby and rooms. Helpful staff.

Location, room size, quiet, bright and cheerful.

Breakfast was so-so. Bacon but nothing to go with it? Eggs that you boiled‘yourself’ - after 25 minutes I gave up.There were no toothbrushes in the room, so we asked in reception if they had some (quite a few places do this now which is fine) and the receptionist gave us one each. When we checked out, the receptionist (different one) said we owed €6 for the toothbrushes- unbelievable! A cost was never mentioned the night before- and had it bee we would have got them from a shop. Needless to say we refused to pay but to even be asked to pay for toothbrushes (first time we didn’t bring any) and not be informed there would be a cost (and seriously €3 for a toothbrush) really put a sour end to what was a good stay.

The room seemed a bit dusty and the band music from the bar next door was not pleasant, hence we didn't sleep well.

air con not very good set it to 18 degrees but it never got that low outside temperature 36 !!!!

Modern facility extremely well placed in city center to provide access to the great city of Albi. Best Ibis ever.
