Pros +
- The hotel is very well located, just on the edge of the old town and steps away from the Chateau de Blois. The staff were great, the facilities clean, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast tasty. There was a room to store our bikes.
- Good location close to center, good breakfast, helpfull staff
- Clean, close to the centre. Not expensive. Parking. Perfect. Good vibes.
Cons -
- Nothing. Good stay
- I got a room on the bottom floor, beside the garage door and my windows were towards the parking. I didn’t feel completely safe, plus I couldn’t open the curtains so I had to turn in the lights during the morning.

Very nice staff, friendly, helpful.

Staff members are very friendly. They fulfilled my requests for the room location and it's on the top floor. Thank you. The hotel is near the train station and walking distance to city center and tourist locations. The stay was relaxed and comfortable. Best of all, the accommodation including breakfast was truly inexpensive.
Staff were very friendly. And location was very good
Little room
The room was tiny, dirty, and dusty. Quite unexpected for a hotel chain of this level – they should have some basic standards in place. Disappointing experience overall.
The sink was clogged, the towels were crumpled, and there was a draft coming through a gap in the window. Even the breakfast was awful, surprisingly low quality
location was excellent , only a short walk to the centre. staff were very helpful. breakfast was good.really clean. good secure car park.
Bed was a bit hard but you can't please everyone with that.
Easy check in. Clean rooms. Good value
No facilities in room. Kettle etc
Spacious, clean, bar, parking and centrally located. Ibis budget can be hit or miss. This one is definitely a hit!
Great locationStaff very helpfulBreakfast excellent value at €9.90
Very good price for location
No shampoo conditioner tissue
Nice and near to the central sites of Albi. Secure parking was available at €8 per day. Rooms were of a reasonable size. Great value for money. Staff were nice and friendly.
Very central and very clean, the bar and reception area is very modern
Very nice staff and excellent location. The place is clean even if it’s very limited. The beds are confortable and top bed is super safe for small kid even if they move a lot during the night.
Seems the heater wasn’t working but the bed was warm
Very central location....always a smiling friendly face at reception willing to help....not my first stay
parking was full and had to park on the street overnight....but I guess a busy night
What a lovely budget hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is superb- everything most visitors would want to get too is only a max 15 minute walk. The train station is also 15 mins walk away. Highly recommended!
Nothing to dislike
The Ibis staff is always excellent
All was as expected for a basic room needed for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but everything you need .
Price is good and the location is great as well. The hotel is clean and the receptionists are helpful and friendly! Highly recommend people stay a day there to fully enjoy the beauty of Albi!
The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel was very nice on the inside and was in a great location. It was also very easy to park and there are loads of spots to eat around that area.
