    Nothing, all good

Location on the river bank and overlooking the city's panorama is the main asset of this hotel. Decent breakfast. Nice bar for evening drinks.

My room was small and dark, only the upper part of a window was emerging from the floor, and it would not open anyway, so one feels cooped-up in there. Lights in the room are not sufficient. The bathroom was small. Worn-out place.

this is a very well located hotel with a beautiful river view. The hotel breakfast is excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The bartender was also very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for an awesome deconstructed gin and tonic.

we were on the fourth floor room where the air conditioning was basically at the entrance to the room, but the room was U-shaped, so the air did not reach us even when it was set to very cold. We were very hot at night and there was no way for the air to flow even when the fan was at its highest speed. it was so hard that we could not sleep under the down comforter they have, which is the only option they offer to sleep in. We did ask them just for some sheets because it was so hot in there and they did bring those to us. Otherwise it would have been a great experience.

The view from our room was amazing and the location is convenient. The little terrasse overlooking the river is great too.

Fantastic view of Albi. Hotel was being renovated so reception area was a mess. It's an renovated old mill and it seems the walls and floor are not soundproof. We could hear other guests and running water from their shower.

    10RichardPosted on: 4-7-2025

Despite alterations being done to extend the hotel. It was comfortable and very pleasant with a fabulous location. Good for coeliacs.

Great location and able to park you car. Comfortable beds.

The breakfast is very basic and no variety. The rooms are noisy and hot during the night. Do not open the window because the water of the river nearby makes you crazy

An Xmas gift to every guest! A wonderful gesture. Our dog was welcomed, and befriended by staff and guests. The view across the river to the old town, and of the very old bridge (being restored) was stupendous. Good walking paths, for dog (and humans) along the far side river bank. Easily accessible via the old bridge. Close-in car park.

The hotel's Italian restaurant was closed for several weeks (chef on vacation!). We didn't know this until a couple of weeks before we arrived, well after we had booked. The staff were very helpful in trying to find alternatives in town, but so many places were also closed, or fully booked, so there wasn't too much choice.

10 +++/ AAA+++ visit. Smooth easy check-in. Friendly staff..... Thank you. Decent size room. Great view of river and old town. Nice clean room. Large bed. A number of steps from the parking lot to front door. Big Bed. Mini refrigerator. Great WiFi. Nice clean room.

Nothing, great visit. Daniel - USA

Location, breakfast. English spoken at front desk. Convenient parking.

    10WendyPosted on: 10-14-2024

The hotel was situated just 5 mins walk from both the commercial centre and the historic one. Parking was plentiful. The room was comfortable and amazingly quiet, even though there was a weir and a road nearby. (Effective double glazing!)The piece de resistance was the superb breakfast: Plentiful and varied, including continental and cooked. There was a machine crushing oranges, giving you the freshest possible orange juice. There was also a large selection of loose teas, including English Breakfast AND fresh milk! The receptionist spoke English, which was useful. All in all, great visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. N.B. We got horribly lost, trying to find the hotel as the sat nav wanted to take us down roads that were closed. Make sure you stipulate no. 2 n°2 rue de la visitation.
