- the staff were really nice, energetic and very helpful ? they did the best with what is available. The room was clean, bathroom was huge. The air conditioning worked well, but there were indications to turn it off when you're not in the room to save electricity. I hope they install solar power on the roofs because the sun is intense during the day.
- Very nice view from the balcony, nice plants and flowers in the gardens, location is also good. Breakfast (not too bad)
Cons -
- Na
- The quality of the breakfast was really poor. The croissants were old or at least tasted old and were really bad quality and about 1,000 of them. No freshly made coffee, only pod coffee from the machine, which was disappointing. The juices were not not nice the eggs were dry and the bacon was tasteless. Everything was cheap and when you buy cheap you get cheap. So why is the hotel so expensive then?
- No WiFi!!!! Like really?? We are in the 21st century and the WiFi is available only in the small reception area and barely ever works (good luck trying to download or watch a movie). For the price they charge every room should have the damn WFi. In this day and age it's a basic necessity.Another thing was that our room was located just above a kitchen I believe so there was a constant loud extractor fan noise coming from the adjacent chimney (?). The overall location of the hotel is quite but not our room unfortunately. Also, the air-conditioning looked like it saw better days and just barely worked.Breakfast options quite limited and I think it was the first time were not able to pick ourselves the ham or cheese... (You need to tell the waiter who will count the number of X items you tell her and then will hand them over to you...odd)Cleaning was good overall. The floors would be vacuumed but never really mopped (we stayed 1 week)

Very new very clean high standard
There is no room service in the hot weather. You can’t get iced to the room and there is no ice machine in the reception or anywhere
Location
Two beds (we booked a one bed bedroom), bathroom door falling apart, no air condition remote, no mattress topper, no toothbrush glass.
The shuttle mini bus to the beaches was very convenient!
There was no WiFi in the rooms but only at the reception (and at the bar), which is not up to the standard of such a hotel. Breakfast fine but wasn’t anything special…
Location, 3 minutes away by car from thé nicest beaches.
They accept dogs, and we stayed closed to one room with a dog locked inside, who barked non stop, until late in the night. I appreciate animals, but should tell the owners that leaving pets locked inside can disturb the other guests
At first we got a worse dark room, but the receptionist was very nice and for a small extra charge we got a room with a sea view, which was really beautiful and newly renovated. The singer francesco sing every night, so you can dance and enjoy the party. He was amazing. There is a shuttle bus to famous Pelosa beach (but the beach is very crowded)
Old fashion breakfast menu, but with large selection. juice from powder. Some rooms with garden view look old.You can go to Yacht club with shuttle bus from hotel, but the beach there is not nice one (it is better to have your own car and go to other more distance beaches)
Super comfortable roomAmazing breakfastGreat location
One of the A/C smelled of mold so I turned it off.
Is a beautiful garden and our bathroom was refurbished. Nice animation team
Room is uncomfortable with a bad bed and very dark. Staff is not helpful/nice. Breakfast is ok for the price with baskets with packaged things. But they don’t have a beach - they drive you to a port that is charged! The photos are not reflecting the reality
Clean and spacious rooms, enough facilities, beautiful garden, animation programs, good food, shuttle to beach, nice and friendly staff
Maybe the only thing was that late evening program at the pool that sounded like a theatre, but the play was full of screaming and we could not fall asleep. And the doors to bathroom need some oil :)
That was boring because everyday is the same itens offer and after 3 days you don’t think anymore about food. Very the same poor
If they can change some items, I never seen berms or mushrooms, different cakes, porridge….
Breakfast was terrible, no fresh eggs no chef there to make eggs on demand. Other stuff weren’t that nice either selection was poor.
Hotel had no iron which was shocking also no wifi from the rooms, electricity kept cutting and they didn’t even offer complimentary beach towels
Shuttle to La Pelosa beach and included breakfast were good. Recommend visiting the yacht club/restaurant which seems to be affiliated with the hotel, although we had to discover it for ourselves and weren’t informed on checking in - discounted sunbeds and nice place to have lunch/swim.
Loud kid’s entertainment around the pool which wasn’t so great if you want to relax, this is also where the evening entertainment was held until 11pm and a lot of the rooms are around the pool area.
Shuttle bus to the beach was a big pleasure. Breakfast was good, and free parking was a pluss.
Poor with electric contacts in the room.
Location, garden, staff
location and surroundings
room too small, shower tiny, too hot, noisy
great poolnearby the beaches (Stintino, don’t forget to to buy your tickets in advance) great restaurants especially Valentina which is close the hotel. friendly and helpful staffthe hotel offered umbrellas and beach mats for Stintino beach
First of sll you would not allow an amemdment to the booking so we ended up.paying for an additional might at £225 that we didnt need. When we got there the triple toom we had booked was instead sent to the hotel as a double with our 17 yr old daughter ending up on a camp bed and no room for movement in the room.It was only the efforts of the excellent hotel staff to make us more comfortable that improved the situation from the 2nd night but it was still a small room for 3 people and not worth the money.I feel the booking was handled badly by booking.com. it was a great deal of money to pay for a place that was not quite as represented.I also tried to amend another booking to cancel one room out of two through you and was similarly blocked. I was told this was not possible because there was no availability despite having an existing booking. So it seems you cannot amend a booking but only have the option to cancel. That seems like policy. I will not be using booking.com if i can help it in the future.
garden
no wifi. room not as described. no food at the bar.
