- It felt like a true professional hotel experience. Clean, properly furnished, taken care off, and respectful and nice staff.
- Hotel sport facilities is great, seems good for families and kids...
- Very nice pool and cute rooms.
Cons -
- The pool opening hours. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked for a special surprise. While the champagne bottle was a nice touch, we both don’t drink alcohol. It would’ve been nice for them to ask or inform us about what the options were for such an occasion.
- Hotel - we traveled as a couple and had a room with a double bed in the room...after the reception saw this she could have also suggested a different room, nevertheless the hotel itself is okay but we paid 435 euro for 2 nights which is rediculas for the review we saw, so value for money was not worth it...on top when I recheck this pricing it was a drop to 200+euro which I think was not fair...the hotel then told me this is bookings chargers...felt really ripped off and the fact that the hotel did not respond to my msg was really bad. The beaches is really nice in the area but booking chairs and umbrella through the hotel would have costed us 60 euro per person...really question the cost. So our first 2 days was not a great experience in Sardinia due to the hotel set up and cost...really disappointing.
- It would be perfect if the mosquitoes were not invited into our room!!! The bathroom was left open for all the bugs into the room, 3 minutes of me washing my face I've already got bitten 3 times!

Liked the proximity to La Pelosa beach.
They treat their guests (and I am pretty sure it wasn't just us) like low quality guests. You have to pay everything in advance. When you arrive you pay for the whole stay, if you want to dine you pay in advance, if you want the remote control for the tv, you have to leave a 5 eur deposit... Come on... Breakfast is ok if you like all carbs, veggies are limited to tomatoes and some old eisberg salad... "Sporting" means tennis courts. Fitness was some sorry stuff in the middle of dry land, no fitness room we were imagining. Swimming pool - full of kids, nothing special. Anyway, kinda disappointed on the whole sporting name.
Amazing location, walking distance to La Pelosa. Good breakfast, with amazing gluten free options
The staff seemed a bit unprepared , polite but yet not sufficient. We told them that our room had an issue with plumbing sistem which made noise throughout the day, but they excused them by saying that the season was ending soon so they couldnt fix it and we couldnt change our room either. It was supposed to be an upgrade, it didnt feel like one at all!!!
The swimming pool
The reception, breakfast mediocre
The private cabin feel as opposed to just another hotel room. The beach, a twelve and half minute walk from the hotel (I timed myself walking) is one of the best in Italy, let alone just Sardinia, La Pelosa, stunning. The swimming pool. The outside bar.
Nothing personal, but the two check in staff on the afternoon of the 8th of August were clueless. Paying for the room became a twenty minute affair. We were expected to drive back into Stintino, 15 minutes away (after a two and a half hour drive) just to withdraw cash for the 5 euro city taxes. Luckily my friend found 5 euros. They didn't know how far the beach was, where it was. They spoke very little English (I understand that, of course, but enough to help would have been good) The breakfast was fine but we were made to feel like poor relations because we were "only B & B" guests. The coffee machine did not work. A bit poor really. Regarding the beach there is a shuttle bus that costs 30 euros. The walk to the beach is not particularly an attractive one.
The property was clean and the swimming pool was a pleasant place to stay.
At the breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold and the salami was moistened. Didn’t expected for a 4 stars property.
Good room and facilities. Clean. Good parking.
Staff is not very accommodating. Breakfast is very basic. If you don't book the all inclusive, they make sure you feel like a third class guest. Eg: arriving at breakfast towards the end, with nearly all tables available, forcing us to sit in the worst table because they were all reserved... for lunch, in 3 hours; or in the informational panels when they offer what's available in the hotel to then tell you that it's only for the other guests when you try to book the activity. So I guess it's a 4-start hotel if you go all inclusive, but more of a 3-start if not.
Really not 4star
On arrival they made me wait til 4pm to check in saying the wasn’t ready. I walked past my room 4 times in 2 hours and it was not being cleaned, also I was unable to get a dinner booking in the restaurant really not happy
Beautiful location, close to the beach. All rooms have their own patio. Cleaning is done daily and towels are changed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain.
Close to pelosa
Staff did not speak English and instructions from reception staff were inadequate Room had ants and staff did not do anything about it Breakfast was not good … very poor quality
Good location, everything close. Staff very helpfull and kind. The breakfast is the best
The owner is very helpful and the place os very well maintained. We'll definitely stay again.
Private beach close to la Pelosa
I am not a fan of the rechargeable card system to pay in the hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very nice. Great location, close to the beach.
