Hotel Cala Reale

Location and size of property. Many places to sit, free shuttle to beach to avoid parking costs, free sun umbrellas and mats for beach. Super pool with lifeguard 7am-7pm. Big variety at breakfast. Fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats etcVery hard working staff and friendly.

Expensive drink prices at bar Would have liked water in lobby during the day. I guess you can’t drink tap water?

The hotel room was clean and tidy. Really good breakfast

Location and staff were amazing. Our purpose was to visit La Pelosa and to be walking distance to stintino. The premises are very green and beautiful. Large pool and very bright dining area for BF.

Our room was facing the main road and was too noisy as the traffic is high. The room is dark and the walls are thin, so we could hear literally everything form all neighbors. We would only stay there aham if we could get rooms facing the sea or the pool, maybe.

Great pool and lovely friendly people at the bar, also generally the staff were very nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent, very wide choices and plentiful. Quiet area, not in the main part of town.

There were mosquitos in the room and the bedding smelled somewhat musty. Unusually hard beds (I did not mind but my child complained).

Monotonous breakfast with little variety. There wasn't even a normal bread every day, so you were left with toasts. Once (!) I've see a bowl with mozzarella and every day after we only got typical yellow cheese. It was hard to get your hands on pure, unsweetened yogurt and simple oatflakes.There's barely anything else on the site apart from the pool (which is not heated, hence if you don't come during May/June it might be a little too cold to use it).The playground for kids is ... serviceable.

Swimming pool was amazing, very big and clean. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and happy staff serving in the morning. Lots of free parking. Great location for walking into the centre of Stintino.

Hotel was a bit dated. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on. Two bedside lamps would have been nice, one on each side as we only had one.

Great Hotel very near to the town center and the beach of La Pelosa. Hotel provides a shuttle to the La Pelosa and Gabbiano beaches and is also possible to get tickets to the La Pelosa at the reception. The room is of very good size and confortable. Bathroom is also great. Brilliant breakfast provided.

AC started leaking drops of water during the night, we woke up one day and the floor was wet.

The pool was good and well maintained, good size car park, easily accessible. Tickets to La Pelosa available at reception.

Some staff, not all, were abrupt / borderline rude. The rooms are small, dark and cluttered, the space between sink and bidet was a challenge to navigate. Food was poor, we paid an uplift equivalent to £80 per night to include the evening meals, wasted money and equivalent to a 2* all inclusive buffet in Spain. We checked out a day early and booked into another hotel, I'm glad we did as our holiday ended on a high, genuinely disappointed with Cala Reale, it's really poor value for money and a major let down for us.We would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone, there are far better options around.

Amazing view! Great location, just 15min walk into Stintino and close to many gorgeous beaches. Shop 8min walk away. Excellent large pool! Good breakfast with variety of options. Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved it!

Didn’t not like this, but room was a little small with bunk bed and double bed, as everything else was excellent it wasn’t an issue and we made it work. There was no glasses/cups in room to be able to enjoy a drink in room. Only thing I didn’t like was the use of single use plastic cups and breakfast for juice, could be a temporary thing, but the eco side of me felt guilty using plastic cups each day for juice.

The place was unacceptable.We were forced to stay in a amall dirty room full of humiditi.The ground floor window opened

Very helpful, efficient and kind staff.They really make an effort to make you happy. When we mentioned that we were going for an excursion after checking out, they gave us parking advice, offered to keep our luggage safe and to let us use the pool shower facilities when back. Their standard rate for buffet dinner is 35 euros, which is perhaps a bit high, but we got a deal with the room which made it much more affordable and a good deal. The buffet choice for both breakfast and dinner is vast and the quality is good. Not like going to a traditional restaurant, but very acceptable. The waiters and maitre were all very welcoming. Lots of comfortable sofas spread around the hotel for groups and families to spend time together. Clean swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, inclusive of complimentary shower soap and hairdryer. There are tennis courts and the equipment is provided. At 60 per person in high season, it was a really good deal.

Nice surroundings with a large swimming pool, tennis court and 15-min walk to the centre. Comfortable bed and spacious room, with balcony. The staff was polite and helpful. The shuttle to La Pelosa Is also great!

Not much. Breakfast has quite a few choices but many things tend to finish quite early on and they are not always refilled. The first day we arrived at 9:15 and there were no sweet options apart from croissants and bread and jam (all the home made cakes were gone). It would be good to have refilled quicker/more often.I'd keep the grass around the play area and the exercise machines a bit cleaner of weeds as there is a lot of land that can be used

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The sheets on the bed was not changed regularly and the air condition had some water leak and mold.
