Cons -
- The room was not clean, it smelled very bad and we could see slime in the bathroom. The door and furniture had yellowish stains - it looked like it wasn’t cleared for years.Overall it is a very old hotel, not well taken care of and the price and starts don’t reflect the reality of the place.
- Rooms definitely need renovation. No wifi in the room. The hotel area was not clean.
- Uncomfortable rooms , uncomfortable mattress …bathroom flooded after every shower

The location was great, and the view was amazing. We were on the 2nd floor and had a view of the sea. The room was large and the balcony was also big. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was not helpful. I asked to use the canoes but was told by the lifeguard it was too dangerous and there was a current. There were at least 20 canoes and other paddle boats and standing boards, there was zero wind and it was obvious there was not even a slight current. He said since I was not paying to rent it was a "risk" even though the hotel charged 60 Euros to use the beach. I went to the front desk, there was no manager and the people there just stared at me and said there was nothing to be done. Later, I saw the front desk employee busing tables at the dinner. They also didnt let anyone sit in the first row of chairs as they were reserved, no one sat on any of those chairs the entire day. At night we were told by a security guard we had to leave and couldnt sit on the chairs. For the meals, it was a buffet style and the food was very disappointing, the dinner was fish or turkey - the turkey was like a high school cafeteria quality, with "gravy" and potatoes. The pizza was ok, but they made one at a time and there were giants lines. The host also scolded everyone, criticizing everyone who wasnt lines up where he wanted. Overall it felt like everything we did they had a problem with. It would be nice for people with young kids, but honestly it was a shabby facility, looks like a prison, and the pool was inexplicably closed. Great location obviously, but for the price I was made to feel like everyone was doing me a favor.
Exceptionally convenient to visiting La Pelosa beach, which was the sole purpose of our stay. The rooms are dated but spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. We opted for half-board for convenience sake and the food was OK and perfectly fine for the added cost.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Some of the staff were less helpful. We were in one of the detached buildings and our instructions to find our room were “walk to the red path.” It took us several minutes of wandering to realize our room was up about 2 dozen exterior steps and the building had no elevator.
The hotel was in front of the beach, which is really nice. The sea was crystal clear.Balcony was cool.Breakfast was good!
Very old room, beds and furniture.A/C only on or off, you can’t adjust the Temperature.Overpriced - €140 for one night in September.
The breakfast was lovely and such a fantastic location literally walked in 5 minutes to la palosa beach. Housekeeping everyday and very good.
The pool wasn't open all day and the beach wasn't great. Apart from the lovely lady at the reception staff wasn't really interested or reacted with the English. The hotel bus doesn't cater for bed and breakfast. Also when you go in for breakfast you have to ask where to sit not like club Esse cala bitta where you can sit anywhere. Also you can't make your own coffee you have to wait for ages in a queue. Likewise you have to pay for sunbeds on the beach and also I think by the pool which there are only a handful anyway.
The only thing that was good is the location.
Not clean at all, rooms full of mold and hotel is extremely old.
Great location, great breakfast. Fantastic room facing the see.The hotel has some things that could be renewed but it’s an old interesting building.
Location. One friendly and helpful reception employee
Payment methods at the bar
Great location, near to the La Pelosa beach with amaizing hotel staff. Good restaurant, strong range of food and excellent coffee during the breakfast. Air conditioning in the room works well in 35degrees. I felt the Italian hospitality and friendly athmosphare.
The building is old and not renovated. Need to invest to facelift of the estate.
Location was excellent, Marco the food and beverage manager was outstanding
The property is old and the rooms and outdoor facilities are well past their use by dates.
The location only as we could walk along the beach to La pelosa.
The rooms smell musty and look very dated and beds not very comfortable. I dislike how wifi is only in common areas. The property grounds looks run down: the grass needed to be cut, the kids play area was completely dirt and no grass, there appeared to be a small kids pool or jacuzzi in the same area which was completely brown and green. The pool isn’t open all day. This is a tourist area- the pool should be open all day long without siesta. I wouldn’t say this is a 4 star by any means, but I am Canadian so perhaps my expectations are much higher??
Fantastic location and balcony view. Huge breakfast selection. Staff are very friendly and caring for guests comfort.
Only defect was the fridge in the room that didnt seem to be working properly
The views and location were fabulous, and it was great value for money.
The rooms not in the main building were not as nice as those in the main building.
Great location Beautiful views from the balcony.
The property is old and in need of a facelift. Don’t bother with eating meals there. Whilst cheap … you get what you pay for … not much. Pool was closed during our stay.
Staff is very helpful. They are amazing, including restaurant staff as well. The location of the hotel is brilliant, and the beach is literally 1 minute walk from there. Parking spaces are more than enough. We booked 2 rooms with a beautiful sea view.

The room has a sea-view with a balcony very pleasant.Great location for the beaches with by few minutes walking distance. The quality of the food was amazing. The staff on the front desk were super nice and helpful.Thank you very much for your help Simone and Serena ❤️
1.- We didn't like the cleanliness! The bathtub was very dirty with paint, hair and sea sand after we checked in as new guests.2.- In the dining room, the accommodation of guests for the first time and the organization of the arrival of new guests was not appropriate. There was a bit of chaos.3.- The dining room was dirty.Wasn't laid the tables with cutleries and water glasses. Other situacion on the "clean tables" we found a lot of bread crumbs or dirty cutleries.Need more focus to improve the cleanlineless!Healthy and Safety very important! ?
Location was nice, balcony view was good.
The rooms and really old, needs a good refurb, doors don’t even shut properly can hear wind draft all night and also the roof something was banging all night. We stayed in room 301 which was right at the end corner of the building WiFi didn’t even connect at all!
No diner reservations available at the hotel. They were book for diner. We had to drive elsewhere. They were helpful though and recommended a few places. Toilet seat broken. Fridge was dirty.
