Basic stuff not provided in villas e.g. toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea.Baby cot not set up before arrival, had to collect it from reception and set it up in the bedroom.Very Expensive EV AC charging ( compared to market rate )!

i booked a taxi not from the hotel and had to come at 6.00am to go to the airport, did not show up.since there are no taxis in the area the receptionist offered me to take me to the airport himself.very kind

The location is nice. You can walk and bike.

The house was dirty, the mattresses and pillows were basic. There were not amendities like hand soap, kitchen towel or toilet paper. Futhermore, the boiler made so much noise that you couldn't sleep at night. The staff was not helpful. Service overal below average, even for Belgian standards where you expect the absolutely minimum.

Beautiful place in the middle of the nature. We loved the big windows and view to the lake. Nice staff

We stayed 4 people at a place for 8 and the space was just sufficient. There is not toilet paper, soap, not even kitchen rags.

Location and environment is very nice, but very little activities on the resort. quick reception service. cottages are clean and roomy.

little entertainment, no swimming pool or sports except for bike rental (limited nr of bikes), petanque and ping pong table outdoors. no possiblity to safely swim in the lake.

Really nice, clean, modern and well layed out holiday village with beautiful holiday chalets. Well maintained, close to the lakeside. Easy parking next to chalets and chalet itself was large, comfortable, well equipped. Air conditioned, good kitchen and own terrace / outside table. Good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, great shower. Highly recommend.

Didn't figure out how to cool the upper floor so quite warm in the night. The only lesser point as everything else was spot on.

An excellent space, very clean, well-equipped modern cabin, lovely outdoor space with a great balance of personal space and a wider community generating a holiday atmosphere. An easy walk to the lake shore, super beach with bar, safe-swimming, kayak and paddleboard rental. Great for families even if not using the holiday clubs or restaurant.

We hadn’t realised that access to the lake for swimming is restricted to a few key areas (although locals seem to pay that little attention). However once we understood this it worked fine, and found the designated beach excellent even even when busy. No shop on site but breakfast pastries can be ordered from reception. Supermarkets in Philipeville & Cerfontaine. Clean-up crews do an excellent job of removing rubbish from lakeside every morning after visiting crowds.

The location is really beautiful, lawns are beautifully green big and spacious, rolling down to the lake. Villa was a decent size for a family of 4.

Having to make our beds on arrival - that should quite simply be included, especially at that price range, and it feels like a cheap way to save costs at the expense of guests' first impressions on arrival. Is this meant to be a basic campsite or a luxury accommodation offering? Also, one then gets to see how old the pillows and duvets are. They have dates on them and ours dated back to 2019. That's just gross.

Location of the houses, clean parc and the houses are big and clean. We had 2 houses next to each other with a group of 10 people. In evenings houses were big enough to eat with the whole group.

Sauna was good, but quite small for the amount of people in the house.

kitchen well equipped except for good size cups for thee/large coffeewarm house, temperature could be adjusted to own choicenice big sofa, good size table and comfortable chairs

- all information in the house was in french (as if everybody speaks this language)- missed cushions on the sofa to sit comfortable- very bad quality pillows. The pillow on the bed was too low which gave me headache. Asked extra pillows at the reception, solved the headache problem, but it didn't sleep well- no handy size cups in the kitchen (to small cups or glasses for cold drinks)- fridge too small for a 6 persons and uncomfortable (too low, you have to bend every time to take anything from the fridge)- they give you ONLY ONE small toilet roll for 2 toilets in the house- there is a senseo machine but they don't give even few patches coffee for the first morning to wake up

Everything was great!Just the TV I think it could be bigger according to the size of the house.

1. They forgot to turn on the electricity on day 1.2. We were 2 families and had asked for 2 cottages next to each other.. but they forgot to read our message and hence we ended with long wait and not exactly next to each other

The property was very cozy and neat. A perfect property for a family. We had a lovely time creating many memories.

The rooms upstairs were too warm during the night even with the windows open. Would of loved if it was much more cooler as downstairs. Maybe moving AC closer to the stairs would be ideal. I would also like if there were window mesh so that there wouldn’t be so many insects! One main problem we had was when we would take a showed. We couldn’t take a shower for more than 1 minute without the water turning cold. Only one person could shower per day with warm water.

- the bungalow was really unclean- the mattress are awful. Really cheap mattress which doesn’t fit the luxury look of the bungalow- shower booth is tiny
