I was being disrespected when I got there with my partner. They are racist. I go there and a white lady brought out her phone from the reception and started videoing and recoding me and my partner. We didn’t feel safe, we have to quickly and immediately check out of the hotel and drive back home to Netherlands

Being racially disrespected and the hotel did nothing about it even when I reported

overall, service and quality of the Hotel and exceptional rooms.

We arrived at 21.10 and there was no food available, even small sandwich would have been OK. I had to drive to the town to get something.

Very comfortable bed, and very good wellness.

The TV on of the bedrooms we reserved didn't work very well.

It was quiet & clean. Location is pleasant if you want to be far from everything. It is right in middle of farms.

Using the tiny pool & Saunas (steam & dry) is not part of price & you have to pay extra. You also need to pay for using robes. We paid €220 for Bed & Breakfast on Wednesday so not a low price and we’re not allowed to use the wellness facilities!!Food: we had not booked a table but felt a bit peckish at around 08pm, Chef had already left! So no food was available!

The payment is not agreed. When I booked for 3 1 night €199.78But paid this morning€ 212.20 I am not agreed with that.

Didn't actually have the chance to try nether breakfast, nor spa facilities due to our heavy schedule ( hope to have the opportunity in another visit along with a nice walk in the woods, front desk officer had the kindness to provide me brochures and map but weather ruined that plan)Also the espresso machine provided in the room saved the day, every day

The staff at reception desk were super nice, elegant and professional. The decoration of the building was amazing, very spacious and beautiful at every corner. The room is big with balcony, love everything here and can’t wait to go back again.

Beautiful building and surroundings. The interior is very nice. The staff was very helpful.

The outdoor spa wasn't opened, I was looking forward to it sadly. It seemed like there was a shortage of staff, because there were towels, empty plastic cups everywhere in the spa. The room we got on the first night was right next to the entrance, the room had so no sound proof so we could hear people talking (they were speaking at normal volume) at 3am. The staff was very helpful and changed the room afterwards, but I lost one night of sleep.

The hotel lies in a quiet area. The room was very nice. Had a very good evening meal. Staff were very friendly.

Very impressive hotel. Wellness was absolutely top! Everything was present for a good wellness. Breakfast was perfect and plenty to choose from! Pancakes,fresh fruit,eggs, bacon,... you name it was there! Lots to walk around the hotel too.

Pool was very small. Not really good for a morning swim. The room we had was very empty. There was nothing on the walls, only one hook yo hang up jackets and nothing that made the room cozy to be in. Bathroom had a weird heater that only stayed on for 30min.

Location is beautiful, in the middle of a rural area. I was hoping for some peace and quietness. That did not happen. Parking is easy, plenty of space.

Reception and NOISE during the night which resulted in zero rest!I arrived late and reception was unmanned. Phone instructions were useless as phone did not work. You then need to find a waiter in the restaurant willing to 'go find someone'. Until 2 AM, people were bouncing around (I assume on a wooden floor somewhere) and dragging furniture over the floor. First I thought it was a rowdy neighbor, but since it started again at 4 AM, I assume it was staff in the adjoining bar/restaurant.

The staff, is really friendly and accommodating. We were late for breakfast, and even though most items were cleared they asked if we needed anything and got it for us. Great masseuse, really professional and good technique.

The heating system is set to a fixed temperature, which is fine but our suite was situated at the back witch huge ceiling to floor windows which makes the room colder so for the outer suites the temperature setting needs to be higher. At first glance it was all clean, but at the feet of our bathtub at the back it was clearly neglected for several months. There was construction happening, which wasn’t to bad noise wise. But it didn’t make the view any better, and there wasn’t any strolling around the premises. Would’ve liked to be informed by the staff this was happening beforehand.

Best hotel in the entire area. Nice and always helpful staff. Everything was very clean. Large rooms with balcony, very comfortable beds. The highlight is the in-house spa with sauna and pool. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Cook responds to your wishes.

The building itself was nice

Having to pre book dinner with virtually no Bar alternative. Couldn’t use restaurant because accompanied by dog and my evening meal was a few cheese balls at the bar. The tables in the lounge bar area had wire legs. The decor in the hotel was austere and there were no windows in my room other than in the sloping roof.

Very quiet place and very good staffs. Good dinner inside.

Extremely beautiful and nicely renovated house and spa.

There was no staff at the spa. A couple of things were a little inconvenient e.g. we had to call the reception to light up the fire place and to get large towels. On our second day the Hamam was turned off.
