complete absence of privacy within the room (electrical wc - very noisy - in the bedroom without any curtains/walls nor efficient ventilation system); the room was dirty and poorly maintained (floor finishing teared, stained sheets, shower dirty and not working due to limestone); refrigerator broken; different room from the one booked.
Some rooms already remade with nice bathrooms, but some of them not. Nice location, staff mostly nice, food not bad but could be better comparing with another restaurants in the area with the same or lower prices.Cleaning was perfect.
The beds and pillows could be better. Fridge would need to work better.

The hotel charged me about € 200 too much from my credit card. Made several emails and phone calls. However, all without an answer!
Nice location, very central in Solenzara, close to shop and restaurants and rooms are clean enough. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.
Although the shower was supposed to be fancy with massage jet, etc.... it did not work and seemed to be not looked after. toilets also looked fancy but although they may have been cleaned they didn't look like it. Overall, it is a reasonable hotel but I wouldn't stay there for much longer.
Beautiful and relaxing hotel in a super tactical area. Recommended!
