Hotel Mare E Monti

Very good private parking just opposite to hotel, location away from town center but at the entry of town if you come from Calanques.

Room is really tight and the sliding glass door of the bathroom is difficult to move with a broken handle. The room is really cold and we had to switch on the heat of AC in the middle of the night. Blanket is really thin but thanks to the AC, we were not frozen after all.

Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Large balcony with light. Interior was well designed with modern equipment and an eye for details. The mattress has a topper and was super comfortable. Hotel is right at the street, but there was hardly traffic in October.

Coffee was not the best, and it was too cold at night - blanket was not enough to keep warmth.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, walking distance from the nice town center, private parking.

It is right on the street and therefore noisy in the early morning. Also, it is great that the hotel has private parking but the parking is very small and there is a risk of other people scratching your (rental) car.

The hotel was spotless clean and modern style renovated. The host very welcoming, helpful and with good English. Well prepared breakfast also. During our stay there was a warm water problem, but this was temporary. We fully recommend this hotel.

The lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room had a stunning view.

The breakfast was rather rudimentary, but totally fine for french. The balcony door couldn't be locked up.

Fabulous location and great view

Every morning woken at 645/7am with noise of mopping down the whole corridor outside our room, absolutely unnecessary! I have never experienced this in all my years of travel!

It was a very nice, comfortable hotel with convenient parking. Breakfast is served in a room with a balcony that overlooks the countryside and the sea, very nice.

I like the view from the hotel room which includes a nice balcony to rest after a day visiting. The car park is easy to find and right in front of the hotel.

Superb view of the sea! Very clean with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Great location for exploring Corsica's west coast.

The check in time is quite late and the reception (including the reception area) is open only for a few hours a day.

Great little hotel, modern design, great view from seaview room. quiet, comfortable bed. Calanches of Piana absolutely beautiful. The village itself is very pretty, with restaurants and a couple grocery shops. Breakfast with more choice than the usual French toast/croissant and jam. Receptionist gave helpful suggestions and waited for me - thank you! - slightly beyond checkin time as I took a wrong turn en route. 1.5 hr drive from ajaccio airport.

limited checkin time 17-19:00. The hotel parking can occasionally get a little crowded with limited manoevring space.

Absolutely nice environemt of a small town with lovely person at the reception. Cozy room with all necessary appliances and balcony to the street in our case with view on the horses nearby. Even prettier view to the mountins and valley on the other side of the hotel. Great dinner in a nearby restaurant.
