Beautiful location up in the hills with a view of the sea and surrounding hillsides and homes. Friendly staff. We are not golfers but it’s a super golf resort.

The resort is a bit dated and due for a refresh. I saw they had 1 bedroom apartments for €100 more so grabbed it. I didn’t know it was in a separate building far from the bar, restaurants, spa, pools, etc. and it’s a labyrinth of hallways, stairs & elevators to transfer between buildings. We got our steps in for sure!

Pretty expensive. We didn't take the breakfast as we could get a luxurious breakfast by the beach for 4 people for the same price as for 1 at the hotel

The hotel complex is really lovely. The swimming pool areas are very nice with great views. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool at the end of our days out. Our room had a great sea view.The staff on reception and at breakfast were really helpful and friendly. The staff at the cascades restaurant weee really friendly and efficient. Our room was always cleaned well.

The bathroom layout in our room was odd - bathroom in the main bedroom and shower cubicle in the very small separate toilet. You literally step out of the shower and have to squeeze in front of the toilet. No room for drying and I’m not a big person. The woman behind the bar ignored us the first time and refused to serve us a drink when we can back from having dinner out and there was an event on at the hotel. The staff at the more formal restaurant (not Cascades) don’t seem to like English people, Or at the least that’s the impression we got. They seemed to get on well with other nationalities. Very slow and not very friendly. Food was ok but not as good as the Cascades restaurant. Tuna carpaccio and raspberry not a very nice combo. Don’t bother eating there.

It's all getting a bit old and hopefully renovations are not too far off. Having said that the current prices reflect the state of the rooms so pretty good value for money overall

The pool and the entire Hotel are amazing.

The staff could have been more friendly.The outdoor pool is great but need to be cleaned at least twice a day. There was so many dried leaves in, and I even saw other residues as a bandage in one of the pool.

Very nice location between vineyards, sea, mountains, golf and swimming pools. Excellent tennis courts and pretty nice wine shop.

Very bad check in, hotel staff not really helpful, very bad managment for room cleaning. Watch out in the parking where you park your car if you do not want to get it spoiled.

For the number of people staying there the facilities were not up to standard. Very average breakfast service. Only one restaurant open the evenings we were there, so it was the themed evening or nothing.

Nice location next to a great golf course and 10-15 min drive to Bandol and the beach. Nice pool area even though it was to crowded and there were many noisy kids. Good parking facilities. All staff in the reception very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little worn out and needs to be renovated in many areas (rooms, corridors, pool area etc.). I was at the hotel 20 years ago and it was outstanding - but now it needs to be updated. One of the staff members in the golf restaurant was quite unfriendly and seemed irritated about our wish to have lunch at 14:45 pm. One of the waiters served warm rose wine for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

It is a little dated and we had a room directly above reception which wasnt very ambient. Breakfast was CHAOTIC - no plates or bowls, staff looking flustered, only 1 coffee machine working - skip breakfast and eat elsewhere for sure

The location/views were beautiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Property was quite run down, cracks in walls and roof, doors slamming in the wind. Various facilities were only open and maintained in the peak season and this was not clear on the booking.com listing. For instance, the pool bar was not open, along with a number of the restaurants. Also the pools had an unusual amount of sticks/bugs floating so I’m not sure if they weee being maintained either.

Customer service not good. Only one restaurant open and not very good. Under the glitzy exterior nothing really worked as it should have.

Location is stunning, and all amenities were wonderful

The spa wasn’t attended by a reception, although that may have been because it was August vacations.

The Hotel took an extra €596 from my account that I did not authorise and are refusing to return my money. Absolutely disgraceful. Booking.com have given away my card details, without my consent and are ignoring any contact to rectify it and shirking any responsibility.
