- The location of the hotel was great, around 200 meters from the Port of St Tropez.
- Location, staff, very cute rooms.
- Hotel Playa was wonderful! We only spent one night there, but we enjoyed it very much. All the staff were so nice, particularly Sabrina, the manager. They were willing to hold our backpacks for us throughout most of our checkout day, as we left late afternoon. We had breakfast in the delightful little breakfast room with a sufficient choice of breakfast food. This was a great place to stay, all the way around, with the location being absolutely ideal!! Thank you!
Cons -
- There was no parking at the hotel but understandable in older small villages. The woman who worked at the reception desk was very kind and showed us where we could park our car for free in lieu of the 50ââÂÂì public parking at the port.

- Very very small room and cannot even move around much, hard to find parking

Great location
Very very small room and cannot even move around much, hard to find parking
This is a great hotel right in the heart of town, making it very convenient for exploring the area on foot. The hotel is warm and welcoming, and the staff were consistently friendly throughout our stay
Everything was perfect This hotel truly made our visit to St Tropez a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – right in the center of everything, exactly where you need to be for a St Tropez trip.A special mention goes to the general manager, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She personally checked us in with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel immediately comfortable. The cleaning and hygiene were outstanding. The room was spotless, smelled fresh the moment we walked in, and the bathroom was so clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must during summer in St Tropez. If you really want to enjoy St Tropez, book this hotel – you won’t regret it!
Location in the city
Difficult to reach3rd floor without elevator, no one helps with luggage Super old building, facilities
Staff at the reception were very nice and helpful all the time. :) Great location. Basic rooms, but clean. I would say it was too pricy, but taking into consideration that we were in the main season (in the beginning of August) and St Tropez is an extremely expensive destination, I know that the price just reflects the price level of Saint Tropez and in this aspect the price was reasonable.
Bad or no sound proofing, as we could hear noise from the surrounding rooms and what is even worse we were waken by the cleaning ladies who were hoovering the corridor and kept talking loudly, which was really annoying, we couldn't sleep tight. (No fridge in the room, but we know about it, it was no surprise, so I didn't put it into the ratings. )
Great location, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff
The room was well located and very clean!
The room was quite small.
Excellent location. Walk out the front door and you’re right in the center and a very short walk to the marina. Also close to the port for when we arrived so didn’t need a taxi.
Sound proofing wasn’t great, we were located in room 1 which seemed to mean everyone staying there walked past our room and was noticed in the mornings and when people are coming back at night.
The bed was very big and good. The location is superb and the breakfast was a very good French breakfast with croissants and pain au chocolat. The people at the reception were very nice and we felt very welcome.
Maybe a more luxe bath room
Location & staff were lovely. Room was clean
Location - central
3 stars hotel with not elevator ?
was close to the main attractions im St Tropez
we have arrived with heavy luggage and no one in the hotel was able to help. my mum is 77 years old and im 56 , which i consider unacceptable this kind of rudness . lack of humanity from the staff members. i had to carry the heavy luggage upstairs and there is no lift. the hotel must provide a solutiom for this type of situations.
The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance to popular shopping areas. It is easily accessible and is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood.
Some things that I liked about the hotel were the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the convenient location.
Located in the center. Reasonable price for this town.
Facilities are not so up-to-date.
Location is good.
There is no elevator and the man at the front desk insisted with me that there is a hotel policy stating “employees are NOT allowed to help guests carry their luggage.” What kind of hospitality is this????The interior of the hotel is extremely old & unpleasant. The hallways and rooms are very ugly.I would not stay here again. It is really not worth it for the relatively cheap price.
We had a great stay in the hotel. The location was ideal, close to the port, shops and all the buzz in St Tropez. The staff was so polite and friendly. We hope to come back soon.
Lovely staff, perfect location!
Rooms were a bit small but fine for the price paid
