Brilliant staff - very friendly & helpful.

Good location and kind staff! Location is great if you want reach the city or the seaside!

It’s more an advance Airbnb than a real hotel

Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, to the decor in the room, wonderful shower and lovely surroundings.

Only 2 very small things - the pillows weren’t very comfortable and the pool was freezing!

The swimming pool was smaller than the picture, but the room was clean and private. Breakfast can be improved for the price.

Very friendly welcoming staff, Room very designed for the size and exceptionally clean. Changed sheets daily which is a big plus. Nice decor in the rooms and poolside. Good location and easy to walk to and from the centre of Saint Tropez

The hotel is superb, in a quiet area, very close to the city center and the beach. I really liked the room, the bed, the minibar and especially the courtyard with the pool and the vegetation arranged so that there are practically green walls that offer privacy to each accommodation room. The lady who received us is extremely nice and attentive, so she helped us spend 3 days in this hotel.

I would have liked the minibar by the pool to work.

The staff we super friendly and helpful. We arrived at midday and our room was ready and we’d also been upgraded! Huge spacious room with private terrace straight onto the pool area. Very easy 5 min walk into the centre of St Tropez.

Everything was very clean, the staff were excellent and very attentive, the room was spacious and the pool area was lovely. Honestly cannot fault this hotel, we had a great time and would return without hesitation. The staff even arranged flowers and champagne for a birthday we were celebrating.

Central position and comfortable room

There is no lift to access the floors but a steep staircase

location is good walking distance to st tropez centre

everything, way too small, rooms are claustrophobic, not clean enough

coming down to the facts, nothing.

The sewer gas had over whelmed the room, so much we had to leave and find another hotel at 8:30 pm. That in itself is not convenient with not a lot of help in a new area.

Wi-Fi not working in both rooms I had, blocked shower drain and bathroom getting completely wet Witt the overflown water (I had to really insist to get a new room), loose sink basin, no extra services, no full body mirror etc
