    Pros +

    • Excellent location. Friendly staffVery good breakfast
    • The location was great. It’s a nice walk to central St. Tropez. The reception staff and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. Nice sea view if you have the sea view side booked.
    • Not worth $500.00 per night.

    Cons -

    • The hairdryer could be updated. Some more hooks for hanging things lke towels or wet swimsuits would be useful
    • The door to the room lets light through from the corridor on the entire side its installed to the wall frame from. The door and some walls are so thin that you can literally hear the footsteps of people in other rooms. The noise level thus felt as if you had room mates back in university. Also they should install semi see through curtains and not just the blackout curtains so you can enjoy some daylight to wake up to. Otherwise at night everyone can look into your room from the street if you dont keep the total blackout curtains closed. Also the AC was incredibly noisy and one night it took us until 4am to fall asleep since we were either bothered by the loud AC noise or when switching it off the heat that would buildup in the room.
    • The room was described with a King bed. We got a Queen bed, and they said they don't have any king beds. So Booking.com made an error, or the hotel is falsely advertising. The walls were very thin, we could hear the neighbors talking, showers and toilets running. The room was $500.00 per night. It wasn't worth that at all. Even though it is in St. Tropez , the room should have been at the most $ 180.00 per night. The receptionist offered us a 1/2 bottle of champagne for our dissatisfaction that we didnt take. Champagne did not make up for a disappointing hotel.

It was close to the airport and old town

It was a little hard for some drivers to find it.

Super clean, super comfortable! Very cozy. Super breakfast. Very near by walk to Saint Tropez center. Large parking included. The owners and all the staff are super Kind and ready to suggest solutions toour questions! We werw here 2 yrs ago, this year 2024 and will book again for next year. We stayed in different saint tropez hotels during the last ten years but this is the best one for price and quality!

Its not super central but still a walking distance to central. Room has a nice sea view. Room is quiet even though its facing the street. It was clean

Rooms are very small and outdated. It doesnt justify the price.

Cute decor! Good size room with a walk in closet. Walking distance to beach and restaurants/sight seeing. Has a small balcony.

While there is a small dining room for breakfast they did not serve lunch or dinner. Also the room doors are wood with a lock and key. You have to use a key to lock yourself inside the room. I wish there was a secure door and it automatically locked once inside. When using the do not disturb sign it blocks the door from closing so I had to contend with that every time coming and going. Would be good to have a hook or knob in the middle of the door to hang it from. My sign flipped and housekeeping came into my room which I did not want.

I love the staff at your hotel. Everybody was fabulous. The room is beautifully located across from the water. The balcony was just wonderful.

It would’ve been great to have some vending machines with water and tea in the room as complementary

The location and set up of the hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Great stay for first time visiting Saint Tropez!

Parking was excellent and safe. Highly appreciated the 24/7 service of receptionist. Very friendly staff throughout the entire stay. Great place for outdoor breakfast and "midnight drink". Very clean rooms with comfortable aircondition (no noise, no smell, very clean and easy to handle).

It was a nice hotel . The rooms were much smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable. The location was a 10 minute walk to the center of town which we enjoyed .It was great to have parking for our car , they did charge an additional 20 euro per day . The staff were great and so helpful .

The property was in a great location, we got the ferry in from Saint Raphael and the hotel was around a 5 minute walk from the port. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Hotel was so quaint and lovely. The room was very clean, quiet and we had plenty of room. We had a balcony. The hotel has an adorable courtyard with a continental breakfast (for an extra fee) that was nicely done. Parking was free. I would recommend this hotel. While it is old, it is well maintained and a lovely experience.

Clean, renewed and well decorated suite, staff at the reception was welcoming and professional

Not what, but who…. This was a last minute reservation and we opted for a suite. We arrived at the hotel and were correctly and professionally welcomed by the receptionist. The suite was well appointed and one can see it was recently renovated and/or decorated with elements of good taste. Then the next morning, around 10:30am someone introducing herself as “the hotel manager” knocks at our door. We did not receive any previous telephone call on this, what would be basic politeness. On the most rude way, the “hotel manager” standing at our door then says she must come inside our room to check the air conditioning at that very moment, since the technician was at the premises. My wife explained to her we were about to leave soon and that she could do that upon our departure. To which this lady simply did not reply, turned on her heels, furious, and left my wife speaking alone. A few minutes later I called the reception to ask for a taxi to our boat located in the harbor, 600m from the hotel. To which she replied, on the most condescending tone possible, “let me tell you straight away it is gonna cost Eur 50 for this ride” I tried to inform her that their own receptionist had called us a cab the night before, for the same ride, for Eur 30…. What a bad idea that was… on an even more condescending and arrogant tone, she replied “this is Saint Tropez”… What a pity such nice and convenient hotel, with a kind and professional staff can be affected by the lack of professionalism from the one that was supposed to set the example…unnecessary rudeness and lack of professionalism abound… as hotels. Stay clear of this one as long as she is there, or be ready for unpleasant surprises.

The hotel is very nice - typical Provence hotel. The staff was very nice. The lady at the reception was so nice - she made a reservation for us at a St. Tropez restaurant. She also brought a coffee for me at the room (she has proposed my husband to do so, sorry, I don't remember her name ). Our room was with sea view and it was fantastic. A 10-minutes walk to town heart, convenient parking.
