Sezz Saint-Tropez

Hotel Employee was great as was the entire hotel. The shuttle service was the bomb to get anywhere, I never had to worry about taking my car out or dealing with finding parking in town or at the beach clubs.

It's pricey to eat/drink there, 22 Euros for a Mojito is crazy! But our room came with a Nespresso Machine and I took full advantage! I loved it so much, my husband just ordered one for our home! Wish the shuttle service ran later into night than 12 am.

The service was excellent, especially the concierges were there to serve. I loved the bathroom and there was plenty of storage in the room for an extended stay. The shuttle to the beach and town made the location okay.

I wish the hotel was within walking distance from town.

The staff and food was amazing!

The biggest disappointment of our stay was the bathroom design. It felt impractical and poorly thought out. The glass door offered no privacy at all, and the oversized outdoor shower took up a lot of space without adding any real value. Even worse, the tub-and-shower setup in our room was so poorly designed that every use left one to two inches of standing water covering the entire bathroom floor. I had to use all the towels just to keep the water from coming into the rest of the room.

The overall atmosphere, the unwelcoming and at times dismissive attitude of the staff, the poor communication, the two-hour delay waiting for the shuttle, and the disappointing condition of some of the facilities – including the jacuzzi – were all far below the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. Sadly, this greatly affected what was supposed to be a special and relaxing vacation

A beautiful hotel / modern & tasteful/ lovely suites & a gorgeous pool . The staff are attentive & incredibly nice. Our 3rd stay & we will go back .

Fabulous pool. Delicious food. But the stand out amazing aspect of Sezz is the concierge service. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we had the best stay. Many thanks in particular to Yannick and Delina. We had problems with our hire car and Yannick was an absolute star. He totally took away all of our stress and made sure we had a relaxing stay. Thank you Yannick! We would come back to Sezz every time purely for this great service.

The breakfast was amazing you couldn’t ask for more The staff amazing so attentive in every way Thomas the restaurant manager is totally on top of his game one of the most wonderful people I have met in the hospitality industry we thank you from our hearts There was a shuttle service from the hotel to the port and beach.

The hotel itself was very nice and well presented, the pool area was lovely.The rooms themselves feel like self contained bungalows with their own private gardens and outside terraces.

My only complaint would be the gym area if you can call it that.I’m very active and like to still get a good workout in even if I am on holiday and the gym facilities consist of a treadmill, bike and cross trainer which are all outside under some sort of shelter.For a 5* hotel I’d expect a lot better gym facilities.

The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to assist with your requests. I was able to schedule hard-to-get reservations through the concierges (Yannick and Maxime) and there was also a hotel shuttle that you could take to the beaches or to town. The ambience is so relaxing. The rooms have outdoor showers which are amazing in the sun with palm trees. Black out automatic blinds. Was also able to order a nurse to come for covid testing prior to travel back home. The restaurant onsite (Colette) was delicious!

The traffic in Saint Tropez can be bad, so if you need to go to the airport in Nice, be sure to order a taxi well in advance. It took our driver 3 hours to get from Nice to our hotel to pick us up but luckily we just made our flight.

Everything was perfect: breakfast, staff, facilities , concierge. Would definitely come back.

The people working at the property were amazing. I was so happy with the service and excellent treatment and the extra mile they took to make our requests possible. Thank you guys for the hospitality.
