- The property is beautiful. From the moment we stepped in, the customer service was exquisite and everyone was very attentive. The room was relatively spacious for St Tropez standards. The shuttle to town was also very convenient and breakfast was very good.
- Location and the stuff outside the driver and the assist
- Very charming Hotel Like a small village quiet place Nice Swimmingpool and a very efficient and Nice staff
Cons -
- The biggest issue, by far, was the smell the eminated from the toilet during our stay. Unfortunately, we did not realize it until after we unpacked our luggage late in our first day there so we did not ask to get our room moved. I beleive that the issue was with the hotels plumbing. This really left a negative mark our stay since the room would smell like a sewer every time we came we came back to the room if we did not close the door to the toilet room. The toilet room always smelled bad, which is unacceptable for a 5 star resort. We mentioned something to the hotel staff about this, but nothing was done to compensate us for this issue.
- no elevator !!!Very poor experience. The room was bad, overpriced, and the front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Not recommended.
- It is time to renew the last rooms like the no 4 .

It is time to renew the last rooms like the no 4 .
Felt like a gorgeous country retreat but it is in a great location close to Saint Tropez town. We loved it. Staff were exceptional.
The bathrooms really let the rooms down, they are in need of a major upgrade.
Breakfast 10
The room was noisy, we heard everything from the neighbour
Breakfast good staff lovely very helpful shuttle service excellent pool excellent. However our room was very very poor bathroom sink cracked no proper shower so dated !!!!!
The bedroom was very poor and bathroom and tolillet so out dated . Really needs to be refinished we stayed in room 19
Location is great. The staff are helpful and great
The rooms need updating. Bathrooms are way too old
It was like being in a French chateau. Loved the grounds. So pretty and relaxing.
Small rooms. No elevator:)
The location was good
The rooms were extremely old. The doors were cracked. You don’t feel the value for what you’re paying for.The staff are arrogant, I had a window in my room with out a curtain or shutter which resulted me in sleeping with an eye mask in a hotel in paying over 1000€ a night. No good room service.
Good location
Drinks in room not refilled, charged €19 for bottle of water to room. Bathrooms need updating, no shower in room, just bath with hand held shower attachment
The Hotel staff was amazing and food at pool restaurant was very good.
Bathrooms are supr outdated - rest of the room is nice.
Charming 5 * resort about 5 minutes from city center. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool.
All told, very nice.
Location and general premisis (hall, restaurant)
Room outdated, bathroom below par for 5 stars
Fantastic location, easily walkable into St Tropez but also a very helpful shuttle. Lovely breakfast and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms felt private and all in a very pretty setting.
Pool area seemed a little tired. Not so great light lunch options, menu seemed a little large/heavy.
location perfect, pool amazing, super clean
breakfast was limited and servers seemed to be tired
There was nothing to like about this property it masquerades as a 5 star but is nothing more than a dirty youth hostel at best
Camille the reception manager is rude and ignorant. The bedrooms look nothing like the pictures. The bathrooms were filthy with urine soaked floors. There were exposed elements on the heaters in the bathroom. The tiles were painted and dated. The whole hotel stank of damp. There was cat faeces everywhere in the courtyard. We checked in after 4 and the hotel had breakfast trays in the hallways attracting insects and vermin. We were taken to see an alternative room and had to climb over black bin bags to get to the room. The “upgraded” room was dirty and full of cob webs and smelt stale. This hotel is not remotely like the pictures on the booking.com site.
Location, the yard within the walls of the buildings of the hotel was like a scenery for an old movie
the rooms are quire small and smell antiquitythe owners If they respect their investment and the history of the building, should urgently hire an interior designer to renovate the rooms (respecting of course the tradition0
excellent breakfast, good location
the time of check in is too late - 3 p.m.
Very helpful and friendly staf. Very clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
Location was amazing breakfast was plentiful and beautiful tasty and perfectly laid out xStaff were fabulous and went out of their way to make everything perfect …. Free Shuttle into port ( centre ) was there when ever you wanted it ( up to 10pm ) and this was an added extra which was so helpful, you could also call hotel and they Cox me and get you …. Pool was beautiful and very relaxing and you could have a lovely lunch by the pool x
The only thing I want to say is The famous Caesar salad was disappointing…. A very small breaded chicken sliced and too much lettuce ? Could be so much nicer ( take a look at the breakfast ) xx
