There was nothing I can think of that I didn't like. Everything was suitable for my stay.

Everything was new, attractive ,comfortable snd clean in the room . The location was central in Agen and a short walk to train

The staff was nice and even let me check in earlier since the room was already available. The location was excellent - it's really at the city center. The room as well as the bathroom were clean and comfortable, and I had all the necessary amenities.

The Wifi had some issues. Internet worked, but I couldn't place any Whatsapp/LINE calls.

We liked the central location. The hotel was in a busy street but it was possible to park in a public parking behind the hotel for a reasonable charge.The room was well soundproofed.

The room was very small with no bedside tables and it was difficult to move around in. It had a new bathroom with a new shower which unfortunately had a very slippery base.

Very clean and centrally located. Easy walk to the station with luggage. Lots of eating places within a 5 minute walk. Staff were great and responsive to our needs. Would recommend.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed, a bit of a problem on a Sunday!

2nd stay at this friendly very good value hotel!

The property was clean and had of the amenities needed for a pleasant stay - clean rooms, fast lift, friendly staff, good water pressure and temperature, roomy shower.

We were able to charge our electric car in the public car park underneath the hotel.Helpful and friendly receptionist.

Stayed here to break the long journey from the channel port to the southwest coast.Bed was comfortable. Central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and shops.Easy walk to the historic centre of Agen.Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Only minor hassle was parking on arrival. The hotel is on a busy street and it was difficult to stop and go to reception to ask about the parking. It is in fact in the public car park behind the hotel and they validate your ticket before you leave.

Location of the hotel was good and price was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked.

Staff (the male receptionist working the afternoon/evening) was disappointing. When asked for restaurant recommendations he just pointed down the street and said walk down there. When I asked him to book a taxi for us the following morning he gave me two cards and told me to phone them. I asked him if he would phone and he said no. I asked again and he still refused. Lights in corridor were out - you had to find a switch to turn them on otherwise the corridor was in darkness. Room design was poor. The whole experience was of a hotel trying to be an Ibis but failing on every level.

Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Air con was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I the hotel isn’t too far from the rail station or historic area of Agen.

The bathroom could use modernising. There was a high edged bathtub with a hose as well as standard shower head. It was I possible to avoid slashing water all over the bathroom floor, sink and mirror. Full extra rolls of toilet paper should be left. Disabled people and the elderly might well not be able to safely climb into the bathtub.

Very helpful reception staff, super secure bike storage, lovely room. Breakfast was very good, good range of buffet options. Overall, a great city centre option.

Big room, with nice en-suite bathroom (with lovely shower), comfortable bed, and very silent room. Located on a main street, next to the pedestrian heart of the city and at walking distance (four blocks) from the train station. Excellent!

Convenient no nonsense hotel which had secure parking for our bikes (we were on a bike trip).

When we arrived reception was closed. We phoned but got the answerphone. We were about to leave to come back later and the receptionist arrived. Probably a 5 to 10 minute wait but as we were hot and tired and after a long cycle it was a bit frustrating.
