Excellent location and beach access. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and ensures our stay was great. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Nice location right on the beach.

No sand on the beach, and uncomfortable lounge chairs.

The best part is the private beach, very nice during high season when everything is crowded.

The rooms are a bit outdated, also noise from the street was bothering us sometimes.

AIR CON BROKEN! had to open balcony door for air as it was extremely hot. Road was very noisy until early hours of morning, cars, lorry’s, horns, etc. There wasn’t a kettle ! had to buy one from a local hardware shop as they seemed confused why we would want that in our room when we asked.

Amazing location.

- Hidden charges. They make you pay for beach towels and beach chairs even as a guest at the hotel.- The decor is dated and stale- Getting in an out with a car is nearly impossible. Disgruntled employees are of little assistance. The staff are completely unprofessional. One member reached in and gabbed my steering wheel as I was trying to back up to make way for a loading truck.- When we notified Francesco at the front desk that our A/C was broken, we were told to "deal with it".- The bedding is thin.- The Wifi goes in and out

The hotel, overall, was clean, the staff there was very helpful. There’s a nice swimming pool outside and a small area for thalassotherapy, the restaurant is pretty pricey but expectable for a hotel restaurant. We had no complaints about the food, liked it even. The room was cleaned once a day.

The hotel is in serious need of a renovation, most of the facilities are old and do need changing. Our room faced the street (we were told that no rooms with sea view were left), and it was VERY LOUD ALL DAY LONG cause you can hear the cars and people outside. You can also hear other noise from neighboring rooms (like kids playing/crying, people arguing etc). We had to buy earplugs at a pharmacy just to sleep at night. The said beach and the sea, while free (unlike most beaches in Italy), are really dirty, although the staff seemed to have been cleaning the beach daily. You can pay and go other beaches in the area. The city is really small, do not expect anything super fascinating. Hotel guests are mostly elder people.

Beautiful hotel with great location, friendly and professional staff. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. The hotel has its own beach and provides sunbeds with parasol. Dinner and breakfast were lavish (big variety) with excellent service. Parking was on site, safe, and it was cheap. The hotel is very good value for money. We'll be back.

some of our family members had an allergy because of the dogs in the neighboring rooms and balconies, that brought a portion of discomfort into our stay.

Beautiful rooms and view

Very cold in spring, the rooms don’t seem to be heated and you only get a thin blanket. Tried to bur didn’t manage to communicate to staff that we didn’t want to share blanket in the double bed. Also there’s a hidden cost for taxes €6.

Avoid!

- Facility that was probably nice in 1950. In 2021 and for the price charged, it’s not acceptable. I felt I was travelling back in time rather than to San Bartolomeo. Everything old fashioned and outdated.- personnel was not helpful and trying to extort us money for anything while price is already outrageous for what this is (the parking is included, a crib for the baby, etc.)- 15€ breakfast even for young kids and even for my 3 year old. We obviously passed. - the staff made it very clear that since we had booked with booking, they would treat us poorly (all the « penalties » mentioned above). Something Booking.com should look into?
