The breakfast was awesome and a good way to start the day, and the staff were very approachable and helpful. The room was spacious.

The towels, hand towels and bath mat were very worn and thin: in fact the bath mat had holes in it. There is no lift so you have to carry your heavy luggage up flights of stairs.

So disappointed

This booking was made as a last minute booking while we were in Italy with my brother, I made it in the evening and had connected to the WiFi at a restaurant, I had no data and was in a different country with no accommodation. Was very grateful when I booking was accepted and when we arrived at the property that evening and called the owner, she immediately said we cannot enter and “sort it out through the app” being in a different country with no were to stay was very alarming and trying to work with booking.com customer service who contacted the property multiple times they have said they are not willing to refund even though we were outside the property. Really shocking that they would do this and leave people outside in the middle of the night withe nowhere to stay. They are keeping the FULL amount even though I have evidence of calling. So sad a place would do this and I hope they can fix it but it doesn’t sound like they are willing to listen at all. My brother and I were on a bench for most of the night, purely unsafe and they should have never accepted the booking if they weren’t going to let us in.

Cosy hotel with restaurant. The room was large with a nice bathroom. Everything was clean. The breakfast was so-so. Private parking in front of the hotel. However, we only stayed here for one night.

Some guests were noisy at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. Since it's in an older villa, it's probably not easy to soundproof it.

Great location, delicious food and it was so lovely that they have bicycles to use for the guests and spacious parking. That is a very nice touch!

Clean, close to the beach, has a great restourant

My wife had some problems with door lock, because it was old type. But that a very small inconvience.
