The staff - we received a very warm welcome on checking in.We also loved the crisp, clean white bed linen.

The furnishings in the bedrooms and the bathrooms are very dated and could do with a make-over.

Dont stay here!

The whole hotel is dirty and receptionist unhelpful. Parking is available as long as your a staff member! I booked the hotel as it stated parking, I had to park at staff members apartment, which they charged me 20euros. Collecting the car the local residents of the apartment weren't happy the hotel were parking guest cars in their car park and rightly so. The room was very tired, shower dirty, pool area dirty, no sunbeds. Upstairs grey carpets need lifting and burning, stains all over them, dog vomit stains, Outside bar area was a disgrace. Arrival at breakfast was disorganised, as a couple we were told, cant sit on a table set out for 3, but you can sit at a table that was set out for one? DUH! So they had to set up another cover and they used the cover from the table we originally wanted to sit at. At the bar, plastic see through chairs, not really the comfortable chairs you sit at to relax and don't expect to have a bar tender, no no, its the receptionist who will do that once she's finished her reception duties. The whole hotel needs a revamp and a certain receptionist needs lessons in customer service. One receptionist was pleasant and helped where she could and checked us out, she seemed embarrassed when we raised these problems, her face showed this wasn't the first complaint of the day month year. You would be better sleeping in your car then staying here.This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, only because its got an outside pool. I'd give a 1 star and I'm being generous here.

Highly priced, average hotel

The hotel and the conditions are basic overall. Water pressure is low, you can barely have a decent shower.Prices are high for what you get, but it was August for us, so Italian holidays might explain these hights.We booked a certain type of room and got another type because “this is it, there’s no availability anymore. You can file a complain in the morning if you want”.

Terrible facilities for the expensive price. Much nuisance from the near rooms. No parking possibilities. No private beach which was advertised.

I was in another town far away and had to get a taxi so the search engine was not good

Staff were polite, place was clean and modren enough, just no alternatives given,

When we arrived we were only told then that No Airconditioning was available as there was some problem, No fans were offerred as a solution.The Pool was green and not at all useable, despite no mention of the pool not being available.Only 2 power sockets in the whole room and the fridge and TV were epected to be plugged into 1 socket so if you used TV you couldnt use fridge and the other oscket was so far away and no batteries in TV remote. wouldnt stay again unless i was assured all of above were certain.

nothing they sold my room I front of me after being sent to the wrong f address multiple times calling and told to wait outside while they sold their last room to another couple after seeing my booking.com confirmation
