The pillows

Floor needs replacement. Problem SNCF I arrive 01:30, no shuttle, no taxi, no buses, attendant suggest I ask the police to drive me ??? When asked to pay something, no change made, nor for the distributor. My friend called, do not give message nor notify me of a call. All that with a big smile with non-dit: "your problem, I don't care". My suggestion: get rid of the staff you will save money and it wont change anything.

A bit far from our Camino’s trail

Not much

Never again, we were on the ground floor with the car park outside our room, problem was that there were no net curtains only heavy curtains and so we had to have them closed permanently otherwise people could just look in. Room small and no means of putting aircon on, or heating as they take the controller away. The bed was like sleeping on a brick, rock hard, was glad to leave.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were so tiny - there was no place to put a suitcase. No hand soap was provided at the sink. Two paper cups were provided for use, but we could not tell if they were clean. No coffee or tea service. No hairdryer. Price was exorbitant for what was provided.

Good stopover quiet no hassle

The location was fine for Cahors centre provided you had a car. The price was very low so I guess you expect little for your money - and in that way it lived down to expectation. Parking directly outside and good. Shower fine. TV a good standard.

Accommodation in adjacent building to main reception and was dingy and looked like the main corridor needed repainting. Carpet was also very dreary. AC was running but you have no controller in the room. Room was barely big enough for two single beds. We could hear noise from neighbours. We slept - but not well.

The room was clean and tidy, freshly decorated

The beds when used as single are quite narrow. The location of the hotel is in a very busy retail park very hard to walk to the local fast food outlets because of traffic , couldn't find a proper restaurant locally within walking distance.

Everything worked properly and there is a huge Comercial Centre pretty close by car.

Breakfast was expensive for what it offers.

the member of staff this morning, a lady on reception was brilliant. She was helpful, friendly and professional.It was also very quiet during the night.

Very basic but perfect for an overnight. Beds were amazing.

The shower was bad. No space in bathroom

The room was on ground floor without any nice view. The room did not have even hair dryer, and it was empty of any amenity.

Comfortable bed, convenient bar and restaurant, close to a few shops

The rooms were spacious , ample parking , friendly staff and a great value breakfast

The pool.

The room, no coffee or tea facilities, only one small pillow per person, too few towels.

Really comfortable room, easy check in process, clean bathroom

Location was slightly out of Bordeaux but easy enough to reach with 10 minute walk and 25 minutes tram. Notable for nights however as trams stop at 12/1.

Clean, cool, good air conditioning, swimming pool, breakfast all excellent

Bathroom shower needs update but worked fine

Price is ok, very small room but comfortable bed and good noise isolation. Good common area for working and meetings.

Shower was leaking for 2 days and we had to spend a long time cleaning and drying it for these 2 days. I asked reception 3 times to fix it. In the end they said there was always someone in the room when the plumber went to fix, although we were just in the room till noon, as I told them we would be, after that we went out and came back only after 9pm every day. So, if there is no plumber available the whole afternoon at the hotel, something is not right.
