Pros +
- Clean.
- Good location for walking around the centre, but badly in need of updating
- Such nice people, good location, big room for 3 of us, and a pleasant stay.
Cons -
- Rubbish shower and lots of bulbs out around the hotel
- Coffee in the lounge was very good but a bit pricey.
- Bathroom dated. Brown stain at back of toilet (really needs replacing if can’t be cleaned). No kettle in the room so had to go to reception for pot of hot water and felt like a nuisance. Common areas are drab and a bit tatty.

Such nice people, good location, big room for 3 of us, and a pleasant stay.
Coffee in the lounge was very good but a bit pricey.
Comfort double room had a comfortable bed and was clean and decor in room was quite nice. Convenient to train station.

Helpful staff, we checked in after 1am, and were able to do so smoothly. Didn’t get to try the breakfast as we were on a tight schedule.
This is located very close to the train and a short walk to the old section of town. A very nice room. And helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags there at 9:30 in the morning and spend all day in town.
The shower! Quiet! Everything worked.Super close to the station.Cahors is a lovely city.
The rooms really should have a kettle and tea/coffee.
Our superior room on the 3rd floor was very spacious, the bathroom was large and, for once, the water flowed out of the handbasin and shower correctly and the plug in the handbasin held water ?. The aircon was very efficient (we booked for two nights when the temperature was up to 39C ?), there was a second internal door from the main door to the room so no noise from the corridor. The bed was very comfortable and the reception personnel were very helpful and obliging.
Nothing really. We could say the common areas are a bit tired but the room was impeccable, so for the very reasonable price we had no complaints.
Breakfast. Parking on site. Short walk to city centre.n
Nothing to dislike.
Friendly and informative staff. Quite good location - quiet but easy walking distance to restaurants and key tourist attractions.
Hotel is getting 'tired' and while everything worked it will require renovation soon.... eg some lights didn't work and air con kept turning itself off.
The location near the gare, the room was great, bed very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.
No tea making facilities in room. Common areas need refurbishment.
Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. Good parking facilities and a friendly, professional and informative receptionist
Did not have breakfast Location for town centre
Noise could hear conversation from other rooms Would have liked tea coffee facilities
The staff were very helpful. Also the parking arrangements were very good
It was disconcerting that the air conditioning turned off during the night during the heat wave conditions. Otherwise ok. We did not have dinner or breakfast at the hotel but would rather eat in the old town.
Friendly welcome, personable staff. Breakfast room immaculately clean and food we'll set out. Excellent catering staff.
I have no criticisms about this hotel.
Breakfast
There is a chair in room 123 that needs urgent replacement, not up to 3 * standard. Has long-term damage
Some of the staff were extraordinarily helpful especially when there was trouble with our baggage delivery. The hotel is rather distant from most of the tourist sights and restaurants but close to the bridge if you are continuing southwest on the Camino. The rooms were basic but adequate though the bath towel provision stingy.
After a long day hiking the Camino, we arrived. Rather than even check if our room was clean , the hotel staff would not even consider letting anyone check into their room until 3PM. To complicate this bad situation further, there is no bar in close proximity to the hotel. Similarly, the extra charge for breakfast was both exorbitant but also should have been included given the absence of nearby breakfast alternatives.
Clean modern hotel with good carparking & good breakfast
Cahors old town quite a walk away
Convenient for an overnight stop or city visit. Surprisingly comfortable, spacious and clean room given the Extremely average aspect of the hotel entrance. Secure parking at rear of hotel. Decent breakfast
Breakfast room was a bit stuffy for Covid times. Could have had windows open. Unattractive, slightly grubby entrance and reception area could do with a freshen up.
Central location and easy parking, only few steps from the city’s main attractions
