Nice house/building, Free parking outside. Welcoming and service-minded staff, very appreciated.
Very poor Internet, the breakfast needs more alternatives to be added.
The check-in staff were very nice. The room was spacious and had a beautifully renovated bathroom. The bed was quite comfy. All in all an excellent experience.
Clean & comfortable room. Parking adjacent to the hotelFriendly staff
All good, nothing negative
Very friendly, warm and welcoming receptionist who spoke perfect English and couldn’t be more helpful. We loved the historic hotel with original features. We felt like we were in a Wes Anderson film. The bed was huge, the shower was hot and powerful and the hotel is perfectly situated to explore the historic town.
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Good food. Large bedroom

No solid wall to shower, no shower curtain, old/stained carpet, toilet not secured, window surrounding weathered/worn, faulty light switch, dark/gloomy lobby ...
Lovely old building with parking and just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.
Ideally situated by the train station, it is only a few minutes walk into the town.A beautiful old building with many original features.Staff were helpful and pleasant.Rooms are very spacious and apparently all different. The bathroom was also large with authentic fittings.
Unfortunately although the bathroom was big, beautiful and completely original it was not easy to get in and out of. Ours was very deep and we struggled. The bed also was not the most comfortable.
decent location and with easy access to Cahors
WiFi did not work; room smelled, albeit lightly, of cigarette smoke.
Beautiful old building in a good location. Staff were helpful and very pleasant.
Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable.
Nice historical hotel. staff really nice. ,,10 min walk to famous bridge..5 min from train station. room quiet despite closeness of station. no lift and hotel at top of hill . 15 min walk to other end where gardens are. Bed comfortable, water pressure good. wood floors in room so you will hear others walking above you, but it's 100 year old place. breakfast good, did not try on site bistro as it's closed Sundays.
This is a charming old hotel. So many original features with beautiful stain glass windows. The pleasant and helpful staff enhanced our stay.
No complaints at all.
location,staff and size of room
It was all a little run down.
Nice size room; bright and cheerful while elegant. Bathroom nice and clean. Hair dryer so-so.
Access to WIFI was a bit iffy. Not very reliable.
I enjoyed the airconditioned room given that it was 35 degrees outside, even in May. The dinner was very tasty, accompanied by a glass of the famous local wine. The larger breakfast option was excellent. All the staff were welcoming and professional. It's a great location for people like me leaving by train.
Great stopover hotel, great value and welcome from staff. Breakfast reasonably priced and good fresh produce.
We had a room with a lounge area as well as a bedroom. Both rooms and the bathroom were spacious with high ceilings, typical of this age of hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. There was free on-site parking but with limited spaces.
There were two reasonable sized fitted wardrobes for hanging clothes but not a drawer to be found anywhere for small item storage. The rooms were very clean but there was evidence of significant wear and tear (stains on walls and marks on carpets) in the room and indeed throughout the hotel.
