    • Good value hotel. Comfortable rooms with AC. Nice staff. Appreciated that they gave secure bicycle parking.
    • The big problem here is that they don't offer 24-hour service. We arrived in a taxi at 2:00 pm(14:00) and The hotel was closed. No one where there to receive us. I called a number that was supposed is for emergency, but no one answered. They show up at 4:30 pm. We didn't eat anything since we were in the middle of the parking garage waiting. The location is very far away from the city if you don't have a car to move around it is not a good place to stay. We didn't have a car so we had to pay taxes all the time to go to eat something, and come back or to walk in the city and come back. The breakfast was ok not bad. The ladies were very nice at the front desk trying to help. They won't speak English except one lady.
    • clean, comfortable, good value . lovely staff

    Cons -

    • Location is a bit out of town but there is a free bus that made up for it.
    • Bad location for people that don't have a car. No opening all the time could be closed the entire building.
    • nothing not to like for a quick stopover

We found the room nice and comfortable and well set up. Great for an overnight stop while travelling.

Mold on grout in shower. Possibly a sign of the age of the tiles and bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean otherwise.

Modern and well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff.

Thin walls: not great soundproofing at night.

Great hotel, ample parking and happy to accept our 4 dogs. Very helpful young lady on check in.

Good location for a stop over. Clean and comfy.

A little dated but great value for money

Room was quiet and we slept well. Staff on reception helpful.

Car park riddled with potholes and nowhere to sit outside. Shower cubicle was stained by the door opening - not very appealing.

Was greeted by a lovely young woman who was helpful and engaging it's very pleasant... In these days of blankness to see someone interact.

Nothing..... the bed was very comfortable

Excellent value for money, clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good especially for the money.

I felt the bathroom needed a little update especially the shower door,

Bedroom and shower/WC were all fine, everything functioned as it should. Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. Most outstanding of all were the very friendly and helpful staff, and I did test them. It has to be said I speak French and spoke French with the staff all the time so I did not test their English. The Campanile a short walk away also had excellent buffet food.

The bedroom lighting was too dim. The 2 wall switches operated the same light although there were other wall lights which I could not find the witches for. For non-French (and over 60s maybe), so explanation on getting the WIFI started (even a step-by-step guide for Smartphone users.

We stayed here one night while driving back to Paris on a budget and this was a logical stopping place. The room was older but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was pretty good value for the money, and good value for our purposes.

Entrance to the property is easy to miss. We used GPS and had input the address and still drove past it twice. The hotel is older, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for some.

    7HelenPosted on: 11-5-2023

Great for a 1 night stay. Clean comfortable . Breakfast was good value

No tea coffee facilities. Walls etc paper thin so quite noisy

    8MarilynPosted on: 10-20-2023

The hotel is out of the town, Cahors. We wanted to be in town to visit a friand and did not plan to rent a car, The first day we had to rent a taxi. However, after a day the staff helped us find a free, departmental bus service that took us into town and to the train station.

All day staffing of the reception would be an improvement.

    8NellPosted on: 9-10-2023

Good budget hotel clean and friendly staff

    8BrianPosted on: 9-1-2023

For an overnight stop it was very good. Lots of parking space and the gate is locked at night. On the outskirts of the town and nice and quiet, which suited me. Friendly staff member who spoke very little English, but we got by with our limited knowledge of each other’s language.

Breakfast was disappointing for the cost, very basic. The hotel is quite hard to find. It is set back from the road and not visible. There is a large sign, but I was looking for the hotel and not a sign.

We booked the hotel last minute so wasn't expecting it to be really good. It was a little difficult to find but once we did find it there was plenty of easy parking. The staff were very good when we arrived and changed our room from the top floor to one by the reception as there was no lift and I cannot manage the stairs, and although we were right by reception a,nd the parking was right outside our window it was not at all noisy and we both had a very good nights sleep. Room was clean and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Only thing we couldn't find was a hair dryer but I am sure if we asked at reception they would have given us one to use. Breakfast was buffet and there was plenty of food. All in all a nice refreshing stay.
