Parking was difficult
Great location to discover Cahors and the surroundings; Nice view on the river. Free parking.
Staff not very present for the breakfast service. Restaurant staff was a bit distant. Receptionists were more welcoming. Overall not the 'warmest' place wev' been to.
Location was great, breakfast fine and beds comfortable. We stayed at a busy time which might have impacted our experience, making it okay but not great.
The bathrooms were tiny, dated and not cleaned very well (probably because you can barely move in them). The balcony was nice but trees block the views of the river and town (we paid extra for river views, that was a bust...make sure they put you on the top floor!). Dinner was okay but because the restaurant was so busy, service was slow, forgot parts of our order and I would have expected more of the food after reading the reviews. The hotel lacks the charme of the other Logis, so if you come looking for that, I suggest you stay elsewhere.
Nice convenient location, staff pleasant. Good restaurant
As a Logis Hotel, we were asked if we wanted dinner in the restaurant - but of course! The building was brutalist Modern, but the room was fine. There was a nice deck on the restaurant overlooking the river. Parking was available and close when we arrived. It was just a short walk across the scenic bridge to the centre of the old town.
Breakfast was a little patchy, with service a bit lacking. We were within hours, but later in the shift so that may have been the problem.
Great location. Clean room/bathroom with comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Room had a balcony with a view of the river.
Hotel was tired and very much in need of a renovation. Bathtub stopper was broken. Very few parking spaces. Outside of hotel was dingy with moss buildup.
Lovely stay, a great balcony to have breakfast with a view of the river. Kind and helpful staff.Free parking.
good location, views, great staff and great pool after a long day. recommend
Very comfortable. The service was great! I think what stands out is the food. We had a very tasty meal and received excellent service. Thank you.
The bathroom is outdated with a very narrow bathroom. Makes showering a bit tricky. Not a dealbreaker though.
The receptionist on check was exceptionally helpful with travel to and from the hotel. The man on duty this morning was really helpful with our departure. The hotel has a lovely location and a really good restaurant.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding.
The Bathroom was small making it difficult to get in and out of the very tight bath.
Warm, welcoming, excellent restaurant, beautiful setting; we were really happy our stop-over, would definitely recommend
Location good for stop over and to see town. Easy parking
Restaurant closed on our visit
The room was clean and functional. There were tea and coffee making facilities. The view of the river was excellent.
Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the small balcony or have the windows open as guests in adjacent rooms were smoking on their balconies.
Room was good, location was fine - though I was expecting it to be closer to the motorway.
Restaurant was overpriced based on the quality of product
We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed delicious and interesting French food on the terrace by the river. Breakfast was good with plenty of fruit and bread available
As we are not great users of air conditioning we might have preferred a sheet and blanket rather than a rather warm duvet on the bed.
Superb location. Beautiful view from some rooms, easy parking and close to town centre. Easy to find. Easy to get back on the road and get petrol too. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Overall clean and comfortable.
This was no better than a very average middle range chain hotel. Very formulaic equipment and decor. I expect something more characterful and interesting and comfortable from Logis de France.Food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Some waiters were very pleasant but one in particular looked as though she did not want to be there and had a very offhand manner. These people need to be trained better. They are paid to smile and act hospitably no matter how they may feel about it.
Location was good, staff were excellent and the restaurant was excellent as well.
The bathroom was small
