- The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good .
- Best breakfast we had on this trip. Great pool, a jacuzzi and sea side umbrellas and chairs! Room had a great sea view.
- I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the property was — everything felt fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety and quality that made it well worth the price. Overall, a great value for the money and a very enjoyable stay.
Cons -
- The fact that I had to pay my expenses at the time of the checkout ; with mistakes in the final bill exceeding 80€ of unexplained errors !!Personally I saved all my expenses to verify the payment, what about those who don’t ?One more thing ; when the room charge exceeds 300€ / night you would expect at least to have a free access to the private beach as a complementary gesture.
- Was a great spot. Cant name anything.
- The cocktails were a little watery.

We live right after checking in because the place just felt really off. It‘s in the middle of nowhere and has a death-vi
Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We also had dinner one time and it was great and not expensive.
The cocktails were a little watery.
Easy access to the beach and good gym facility. Staff at the bar pool was nice and provided very quick and kind service. Breakfast was ok.
The hotel is nothing special and definitely not 4*. The staff was not welcoming and helpful, the lady at the reception actually ran after us and screamed at us on our very first day because we dared to go walk around with hotel towels in our bags before coming back to the hotel pool. Housekeeping takes very long to clean the room although they do not change sheets every day and cleaning was very basic on the daily. For some reason, the hotel keeps all the balcony lights on in the hotel, making it impossible to sleep with curtains on to wake up with sunlight. We had yellow water in our bathroom, and the shower was not working properly making our bathroom a mess every time we showered.
Friendly stuff, comfortable
Cleaning services-refill with shower gel and towels change was not done
* The size of the room, the sea view, the balcony size were great! * The bed was comfortable. * If the balcony door is open, there is a lot of noise from the street and the train track, but when closed, the insulation very good, you can't hear much.* The cleanliness was Ok.* The breakfast options were rich. Breakfast room is big and has enough space for guests. * We always ate dinner outside, so don't know about that, but we ate 2 times from the hotel's restaurant while we were on the beach at noon, it was Ok. * Being very close to the beach was our first choice: only a few minutes walk and crossing the train line and the street with a tunnel to reach the seaside. * The hotel is only a 20-minute walk from the center of Pietra Ligure. It is nice to experience the historical city texture and discover different restaurants. * The lady in charge of cleaning our room was very sweet. * This was our honeymoon and the hotel staff had this information on our booking. The warm congratulations we received from the friendly young woman receptionist we spoke to on the very last evening of our trip made us happy. She was the only one and we thank her.
* We couldn't understand why some (although, most) of the staff, especially in the breakfast room/restaurant, were very unfriendly. It lacked any warmth and hospitality. Therefore, there were many moments when we clearly felt unwanted. Interestingly, however, some guests were given special attention and care. This is very unprofessional. In general, this behaviour is unacceptable. * The non-stop music on the beach was unfortunately quite tasteless and overwhelming. Since the hotel already has a beach, we wanted to spend as much time there as possible and we rented sunbeds by paying a certain amount per day, but the music made it difficult to relax after certain hours. * For a 4-star hotel, the daily rent for a sunbed on the beach is quite high. * If the balcony door is open, there is a lot of noise from the street. Not possible to get some fresh air this way in the room. We did not try the roadside pool due to the same noise. * There were ants in the bathroom and sometimes in the room (found one on the bed).* The room door is in bad condition. It feels like it can almost be opened with a shoulder push from the outside. Perhaps related to this, even the slightest sound from the corridor comes into the room. * Even though at the end it was not a problem for us at all: The hotel description says that it is located "beachfront", which is relatively deceptive. There is a street and a train line between the hotel and the beach. You learn this information in the detailed message you receive after booking.
Lovely room. Great bed. Very clean. Wonderful kind staff. Good breakfast. Good parking. Beautiful view. Excellent location. Gourmet dinner for very fair price.
Needed more variety at breakfast. Pancakes or waffles for kids?
The building is very modern and new, nice design. Friendly staff. We got the room we booked with lateral sea view, which has both sea view and mountain and town. Asked for higher floor and it was kindly provided. Great solarium with view and jacuzzi ( could work a bit later too). Amazing breakfast- they had great croissant selection, and it was possible to order coffee from the bar too. Beach is near and really good. We travelled through Italian Riviera and it was one of the best places we stayed.
Nothing bad to say. The hotel is not entirely in the centre of the town, so it’s a bit of walk to all the restaurants. Train line is close, you need to cross it to get to the beach.
Nice room with sea view, clean, very confortable bed. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Everybody from the staff were friendly. I hope to return soon!
Nothing to say.
Location and the view was perfect. It is a modern and clean hotel, we had a very comfortable room.We loved the double shower!
The whirpool on the rooftop could be warmer.
The location was perfect for us and the railway across the road didn't bother us at all. The underground car park was also an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. The rooms were spacious, well furnished with large balconies with sea view. My mother uses a wheelchair to move around and there was plenty of space in the room to accommodate it and the walk in shower was perfect for her. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I could suggest is a handrail to facilitate getting into and out of the pool in front of the hotel.
free parking in front of the hotel
ants in the bathroom and single use plastic cups at breaksfast
Cleanest possible hotel. The whole facility and surrounding grounds are kept pristine daily. The staff are excellent and friendly. The breakfast selection is very good and fresh eggs made to order were unexpected luxury for a four star hotel. The pool is clean, the beach is clean, the sea is 90% of the view from the rooms. The village centre is a ten minute leisurely stroll along the boulevard and there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. There are numerous excellent gelaterias and the village is pleasant and picturesque. A short drive down the coast are dozens of other lovely small towns should you get bored of the local one. The beds are also very good, even if you are 6’3 with a bad back. Even the 17m rooms provide enough space for two people and come with spacious balconies you can relax on, including enough decent chairs to enjoy the view in comfort.
Sound insulation towards the street and railroad and to the other rooms were great but somehow the door to the room is just a piece of plywood, so noises from the hallway penetrate very well, and vice versa. Not ideal if your room is right by the elevators and/or you wanted privacy.
The friendly staffs , cleanliness and the place..?
I liked the sea view, the large terrace on the roof, friendly staff, good location.
There was no children’s zone. If children played very loud in the pool, it was not a peaceful relaxation.
Immaculately clean, good showers, comfy bed, pool and close to the beach.
There are not a lot of other places to eat near the hotel and it’s around a 15 min walk into the town centre.
The hotel is lovely and the room was comfy. The staff are helpful both in the hotel and on the beach.
Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, clean, good furniture and good smell. The rooftop had an amazing view. I recommend to watch the sunrise and also the stars at night from the rooftop. The restaurant was great with delicious food and the staff were so gentle. It was my birthday and they made it so special.
On the menu of the the restaurant price was not shown but it was on average.
