it's a nice property in a quiet village. restaurant lunch was good

had to put up with guest smoking outside our room so it was hard to enjoy the outdoors. The constant sound of water flushing above us was a bit annoying

Hotel seems like it has been forgotten in the past, and it's totally unloved. Unprofessionally run. All is hanging, cheap and feeling of cutting corners.Feels like the TV program Faulty towers wit John Cleese. Air con is not sufficient to the suite room. They knew about it, but still let us stay there despite the 34 degrees outside. Result is a horrible night Witt no sheep and 4 cold showers during the night. Hot new room, that looks like a reserve room. Not nice and cheap looking. But air-con works.Breakfast was a dry cake feast. Only bring cheap toast if you don't want dry cake. Strange rubber cheese was served. A few staff members was quite smelling of sweat. Not nice when serving food. Pool area, sun chairs many was broken.You book the hotel With a pool, so after a hot day you can cool down.The pool as well looks unloved, and the temperature was at least 35 degrees in the water. Same as the air. So was more like going into a hot spa pool. Not refreshing at all!I received a discount for the air on issue, but not far as much as I should. It says 4 stars on the hotel, but I think 2 stars is more like it. Sad, as it shined up, new staff and concept this could be amazing.

The old monastery was so beautiful and peaceful. It had a lovely pool and a gorgeous balcony where we ate breakfast looking out at the view.

The room was basic but serviceable.

Very spacious room with direct access to the front garden. Very quiet at night. Great breakfast. The hotel is in an old and beautiful building.Great value for money.

The biggest problem was the heat in the room becaus sof the central heating system.. but the staff could turn it off and it felt much nicer in the room.

Beautiful location and grandeur entrance. Nice swimming pool, perfect parking, good and clean room and very friendly stuff. Great breakfast and very easy to find although it is high on the hill! We will come back in 2 days again!

Hard to find a negative point but the only thing that comes to mind is that the cushions of the bed are maybe a little small.

Amazing hotel, very beautiful territory, architecture, friendly staff, swimming pool, super breakfast! Room is ok, nothing special, but has everything what you need ( I appreciate towels for swimming ??) we liked everything.. we will return one more time!!!

Had a room with terrace and mezzanine floor for the bed, quite dark decor, steep steps to the bed area, shower only had a half door which meant water went everywhere. No hot food at breakfast

The historical building is amazing. You feel like in a tale back in time, surrounded by peaceful and green gardens. I also liked the courtesy of the staff, the good breakfast with local products and possibility of free parking just in front of the hotel.

Only about the room. Some furniture have to be renovated (degraded materials) as well as airco (too noisy). More sockets would be useful, especially near the bed. Half of the light around mirror in the bathroom was broken, and overall the room is too dark. Finally, the safe box is not secured by screws.

Unique place in a small town. Highly recommend ??. Lots of good restaurants near by, walking distance.

Need some kind of night light in the junior sure because of the stairs down to the bathroom at night ?

The pool was already closed (green water) , despite it was still 23 Celsius end of October

Location is great, sufficient car parking available, property is nice and pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Cherasco is an hour from Turin but still not among the vineyards. Town is on a level plain, easy to walk around and was not crowded compared to La Morra or Borelo. If staying in this hotel, suggest to take courtyard facing room.

Low on value for money. No bathtub in the room, breakfast is nice but not much choice of warm food. Bed could be bigger, bit short 5.7 feet person. AC is a bit noisy.
