Brisbane Holiday Village

I like the property and facility entertainment areas especially the tennis court were huge activities with families. Bus, within walking distance to the garden city shopping centre.

The air condition was installed in the kitchen and hardly feel the coldness around the rooms, especially on a hot day.

The cabin was great, had everything you could want in a home-away-from-home and the reception staff were very friendly & made the process super easy.

On-site resteraunt was a bit average both for food quality and pricing, but there are heaps of good places to eat located nearby so it wasn’t too big of a deal.

We stayed in a Cosmo cabin. It was lovely and clean. Perfect for a family.

We did have a problem with ants. You couldnt leave any food out at all. And they even go into mu baby wipes sitting on the bed. Food at the restaurant was terrible. Didn’t leave a review as they wont fix the problem based on previous reviews. Just wont go back.

We went in with fairly high expectations because of the price and the location being not that close to the city.But the entire stay far exceeded all expectations.From the first interaction with staff to seeing our accommodation and to the location being brilliant with a shopping centre 5 minutes away.The Air stream vans and yards are incredible. And we are already planning our return trip in the future and planning on staying in the exact same place.

Comfortable, roomy and well equipped cabin with a covered carport attached. I was close to the on-site restaurant/Cafe, pool and minigolf. Beautiful gardens around the cabins and grounds in general. Very conveniently located to everything.

There was a random tube of toothpaste in the bunk bed.

Central location between theme parks and Brisbane airport, around 20-30 mins either way traffic dependent. The beds were super comfortable and the cabin itself was spacious and had everything we needed.

Pool was ok, smaller than expected. TV remote not working on arrival but fixed next day. Person that came to fix it didn't really wait to be let in which was unusual. No almond milk at Cafe for coffee.

Great Park, so clean and tidy. Staff were super helpful. Our cabin was lovely.So close to the Huge Westfield.

Clean, Staffy friendly and the air stream caravan was great.

The holiday park was clean and very quiet. The cabin we stayed was in a very good location. Overall the Park exceeded our expectations.

The facilities were fantastic, especially for a young family. Pool was great! The grass areas were impeccable for the kids to play on, rooms clean and beds comfortable and let’s not forget the INCREDIBLE staff, they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. They are friendly, kind and compassionate. A real team environment, Chloe was impressive and all the other girls too, literally cannot fault any of them, loved our stay and will be back again! Nothing to fault!

This glamping airstream was a surprise little oasis that offered more comfort and conveniences than if I had booked a hotel room. The location was perfect and on-site restaurant makes great pizza.

If I had to say one thing it was that there were no usb points (that I could find) but seriously that is it. Everything else was wonderful

Was a nice stay in the air stream. The outdoor area was great. The bathroom facilities were also really good.

The noise around due to the permanent residents children coming into our area, along with playing until all hours of the night so it wasn’t very relaxing when we were trying to get a 6 month old to sleep, however this is not a reflection on the holiday village themselves. Food from the restaurant really was not great as takeaway and was quite expensive, although didn’t eat in while we stayed there.

There’s a playground, swimming pool and mini golf on site. Self-contained unit with everything you need to cook for your family.

The queen bed was too soft for me. Connected to the wi-fi but the internet didn’t work at all on our phones. It would’ve been nice to have smart tvs for entertainment on those days we stayed home.

Really liked the layout of the cosmo cabin. Perfect for our family of four (can sleep six). Kids loved the pool area and mini golf. Staff were great.

Everything the so called restaurant isn’t a restaurant there is not enough for kids to do tvs are to small house keeping is horrible

Nothing major - could have had washing machines in rooms. Paying a lot a night tot hen pay for washing machine use.
