Locality is good, spacious apartment, excellent staff

Poorly equipped kitchen. A lot of traffic noise.

Disgusting team, terrible service, no compassion. I will never book another stay with any quest apartment ever.

Disgusting, despicable team, no compassion for anyone but their own profit. Wife was in hospital and they couldn’t give a care in the world. Response from Quest apartment to my review: "We're sorry this was outside our control"... you literally pressed a button saying no to a compassion request from booking.com along with a very "sincere" message of nothing more than "request declined". Excuse me but that is completely within your control and a very deliberate decision...

Location. Was really worried about the bed as the trim part on the mattress joined together was really hard, but had really good sleeps. The curtains were terrific and really kept the early light out after travelling. Best I've ever experienced.

I thought it was really dated, given the price and additional cost of parking on top also. Weird that the guy checking in before us had cheaper parking for the same period stay.No real explanation of the facility, Even with the small negatives I'd stay again.

Perfect location, very comfy and clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. In our last day we had to wait ages until our flight so they allowed us to still park our car and use the pool all day while we waited, even though we had technically checked out.

The only downside was the noisy road but not the hotels fault and if the balcony doors were shut you couldn’t hear it anyway.

Close to beach but ocean view was only if you sat outside and was minimal. No good for the cool evenings. Good room size. Not worth the extra cost.

Walking into reception was very dismal and uninviting.Step into bath to shower. Slippery and awkward for an older person. Kitchenette very cramped.Old fashioned furniture. Carpet seemed quite worn. Difficult to get to power point next to bed.Looking directly out of window were ugly houses ready to be condemned so view wise not worth the cost.Tiny TV and the remote was so worn you could read any of the buttons.There wasn't anything in the room to say "welcome". One free small bottle of water for 2 people for 3 nights. Two tiny milks. No information in the room about the hotel.The doors of the rooms were so heavy and you could hear every door in the hall nearby closing.Not worth the money and very underwhelming and uninviting. No where to park until you had checked in. $20 a day for parking is outrageous.

Quiet, clean and well located

The pool was small, very cold and had grapes at the bottom the entire stay. House keeping emptied the bin and gave us clean towels but never replenished tea and coffee or vacuumed.

Asked when we were booking on and we replied 2pm but room wasn't ready until after 5pm.

Home from Home iin an excellent location very close to the beach and hostelries and a supermarket at Scarborough Beach. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and our one bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. All staff were excellent - friendly and efficient. Will look to return here on our next Perth visit.

Certainly not show-stoppers, but....Housekeeping to our room couldn't be predicted - I. e. which days it would happen although aspeedy response when Reception informed of any issues.Furnishings were modern but not new by any means.Underground parking is expensive, but spaces are not always available.

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Check in staff member was lovely.

Road noise was a terrible - too loud to sit on the balcony or have the door open.

Clean

Only 2 small milks in the fridge and 1 water. There were 2 of us staying in the room. 2 milks min are required to have a coffee. No ice in the freezer, or available at reception. Other Quest accommodation have ice available. The Quest reception closed for lunch, very inconvenient!

Property is nice and central to shops and beach , vert comfortable beds and bonus of washing machine and dryer

Compared to other Quests I have stayed at it is pretty old and tired for the price. Heavy, noisy drafts constantly blowing under the door. Slamming doors at night. It’s Location was great, but I would try somewhere else in Scarborough next time.

Perfect location, fast and easy check in. We needed to leave our bags at reception however they weren’t open before we had to go so we left them in the room and they weren’t open before take. To reception for us. Front staff member Tea was amazing when we returned. Offered us clean towels to shower in the lobby as we were heading straight to the airport after and allowed us to sit for 2 hours so we didn’t need to arrive at the airport too early.

Nothing, everything was great

I booked the accomodation for my parents to stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were great! Kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, the owner went to great lengths to resolve an Aircon issue immediately. Location was exceptional!!

Parking isn’t cheap especially when your staying for 10 days.

I travel to alot of hotels and apartments for work, all of which will usually go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.I required the sheets changed on my first day of my three days stay and this was an inconvenience to the staff. The changed the sheets but than didn't come back on the second day to change the towels as I was told that they would do.The beds are extremely uncomfortable.There is no small touches to make the hotel to feel special - two pillows on the bed when I walked in.It appears very basic.
