The unit itself is nice due to renovation but lack of upkeep/cleaning.

Dirty cupboard, open manhole in the unit. Toilet roll holder snapped off and stored in the cupboard. Dirty wall and floor, filthy spare pillow with no protector or pillow case. Curtains torn, pool not accessible due to renovation. Blood trail leading from the carpark to the unit next door and cats being kept at the property running around all night.

The constant noise all night the dirty room and the owner was so RUDE.

Clean venue and recently renovated

Location and access was challenging. Parking for cars was difficult.

It was across the road from a decent pub.

Only stayed 1 night, Average for the price. Felt unsafe going in and out of the building with my 7 month old with homeless in the entrance way. Experienced a domestic (violent) shouting match in the early morning from a room across from us that then migrated into the common area. Didn't feel safe for the majority of our stay.

They are convenient to John Hunter Hospital. Nothing special but adequate. Clean, bed comfy. A big negative is the construction happening immediately behind the villas. The go all night so noisy & little chance of sleep. That & the blackout curtain was broken so light came into the room. Front desk staff very helpful big thumbs up.

Needs a refurbishment. Looking worn & tired.

We booked because it was advertised there was a pool and there wasn't.We'd actually like a part refund.

Price was good, bed was comfortable. Aircon was on and space was warm.

Couldn’t get into the paid parking. Wasn’t a great area. Was not the cleanest. Walls with dirty marks, doors with “stuff” running down them. Bathroom tiles with what appeared to be toothpaste up the wall. Very stark unwelcoming space.

Good value, comfortable and good location.

The sofa bed still had dirty sheets on it and after 3 requests a laundry staff member came and made it up at 6pm.There was mould around the bathroom window.The covers on the lounges need recovering.The person staying in the room adjoining ours played music until 1.15am.

The apartment was fine

The noise yelling swaring coming from the room next door not only did it disturb my sleep it made me uncomfortable and frightened to even go outside.

Close to John Hunter hospital and shopping centre. Free parking. Cooking facilities.

This apartment suited my needs

The place was fairly clean. Free wifi had a good signal and staff were quick to respond when we had trouble with the connecting doors

It was advertised on booking.com as having a spa bath however when we checked in to the room there were only showers.While it looked like the place was recently renovated there were some things that needed to be fixed like blinds that didn't close properly

The cleanliness, there were dirty towels in the wardrobe , no bath mat or clean washers , half used toiletries , dirty gloves and bar of soap in the shower the room hadn’t been cleaned when the last person left , toilet seat broken

The price was fair

I didn’t like how it was right next to a McDonald’s where noisey teen show up at night.Dislike that there were gaps between the walls and the floor where bugs and cockroaches were coming from.

Enjoyed having the children in a separate rooms to ourselves

Lack of bench space in the bathroom for items, extremely noisy guests coming to the property around 9pm opening approx 15 car doors and closing them and being woken up at midnight by the tenants next door talking and laughing. The shutters not blocking out the light

Easy access in the middle if the night

No bedding for the 3rd person even though paid for a 3rd person.spa bath rusty and cracked. Other parts of the place were falling apart.

Lovely, spacious apartment! After being in John Hunter hospital all day to then having an upgraded room was something that might have been small for you but it was greatly appreciated by us! Thank you so much!

Nothing, great location and pub across the road was awesome too!

Will never stay or recommend it to anyone

Both propertys had a distinctive bad odours, Both property were not cleaned. Dirty bed linen on beds and sofa beds. Kitchen utensils and dishes not washed food still be seen. Floors haven’t been swept or vacuumed food items left under beds and in sofa’s.

Very poor for a newly constructed property

Full of cockroaches . Walls were filthy. Kitchen cupboards all broken . Bathroom had nowhere to keep clean clothes or towels as the rails were broken off. Our main queen bed was 2 singles pushed together which were different heights. Not enough pillows for allocated beds . White towels like most motels which were stained. Walk in wardrobe door jammed shut n wouldn’t open .kids blanket had brown goo smudged on it with cigarette holes.Our original rooms we were allocated were actually under construction when we got there so had to be re allocated .AVOID
