Wasn’t value for money got breaky included it was cold the best thing was o got a poached egg cooked for me we brought a espresso coffee when went to pay for it was asked for a tip just for a coffee we already payed $467.00 and got locked out of our room

Location. Close to beach and cafes

Not much we didn’t like!Breakfast a bit expensive though.Towels were very small and thin but no complaints otherwise

I love the location near beach and nice restaurants

I always begrudge having to pay extra for parking but at least cars are secure and easy access to the hotel!

Great location and facilities.

The fire alarms going off twice in one evening due to an electrical fault. Obviously better safe than sorry, but exhausting and no communication from staff as to what was happening.

The weather was poor

Hotel was close to the beach and there were cafes and restaurants nearby, location was superb. The room came with a great view, check in was simple, parking was available for $30 a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was far from comfortable, it was simply two single beds conjoined to make a king size however one of the beds kept separating throughout the night, did not make for a comfortable sleep. Bathroom drain had an odour coming out of it, amenities were very standard, disappointed there was no complimentary water or anything given the cost of the stay.

Great location by the main beach, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also located close to all major facilities including restaurants and cafes, city sights etc..

There actually wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The hotel prepared some kids holiday gifts and activities book, also the reception staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the bath towels is not clean.

Very poor

Firstly, we booked a sea view room as we were looking forward to the ocean view, but all we could see was a small patch of ocean. The room smelled like sewerage and there was a lot of dust under the bed.I didn’t get the car park fee. I was automatically charged after checking out. If I had to pay for security, I would have spent the money and stayed at a different hotel.It was a shame that I had to take the time to do.Staff service is also average.The manager's smile was lovely.

The location is exceptional. Also, we very much appreciated the late checkout..Beds were very comfortable.Breakfast was great too.

There was a slight unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom. There was a sewerage smell that was noticeable in the bathroom.

The spa and steam room weren’t working

Good quality entrance and restaurant in the lobby.

My room cost me $600 and I had a view of nothing. I wanted a balcony that could at least see the water.

Reception staff were lovely and location was great for the purpose of our visit. Also bed was comfortable.

The room was not very clean and we did report a sewerage smell from the Bathroom which they said would be looked into. When I folded the bedding back today there was a 1/2 biscuits under where the covers had hidden! I actually meant to dispose of it but forgot!
