Nice and close to where we needed to go

Wasn’t made aware pool wasn’t working on booking as booked due to pool with young kids microwave wasn’t working aswel

Convenient, clean and quiet

It was clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a short stay. All of the beds and pillows we’re comfortable. The kitchenette had no cooktop or oven but did have a fridge ,microwave and there was a large bbq and outdoor eating area. Each room had indoor and outdoor area. It was just a shame the pool was out of action when we stayed. The bathroom was clean.

The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. Everything else was great

Loved the layout, with the door opening straight onto the pool. The room itself was clean, good size, perfect for me and my two boys.

Pool had been used a lot as it was peak season and the water seemed dirty. There were large families around us who took over the pool and were up late and smoking close by which was a bit annoying, but couldn’t be helped.

Clean, large room with everything I needed. Staff were great and let me check in early as I was not going to be back til late.

Musty smelling room unable to leave the door open for fresh air to get rid of the smell as there was no security screen on it and no windows to open!!! Mind you we paid an extra $40 a night just to get a queen bed on top of an already exhaubitant price. The queen bed was terribly uncomfortable and terrible pillows.

Hi, I'm still waiting for acknowledgement from Riverside Ocean Grove for the payment for the last night which wasn't used. I was told a 'complimentary 1 night stay' could be arranged. No return email so far.

everything about the place was amazing lovely location close to all necessities. we had the whole area to our selves. My kids enjoyed it too..

Just the smell of the room but it was doable

Went to make a a couple of hot drinks not hard with only one cup in the apartment which was a let down

I loved the peace and quiet Was exactly what I neededI loved the cafe in walking distance ( I have very bad back and leg pain ) so I was very happy it wasn’t too far! Carmel was absolutely beautiful at front desk I love that you also give a little bottle of milk compliments that made me smile Nothing free anymore, so little things are big for me

Just water from shower and bath jet’s filthy The spa bath was lovely ButAfter bath, I realised/saw how disgusting the jet’s must beVery filthy, due to the dirty foamPlus the shower door doesn’t close properly and I had to mop up water all the way into the kitchen with your towels

Great last minute find during the summer school holidays and the swimming pool kept my son happy.

Split system air con was noisy and a ceiling fan would have been a nice extra.

Clean and modern with a good size kitchenette with all the essentials you need. Direct access to the pool from the patio which the kids enjoyed. Daily cleaning service which you don’t always find in motels.

The NBN/wifi did not work during the first 2 days of our stay, making booking restaurants and checking out local info very difficult. For some reasons our Optus mobile data run extremely slow in the motel, but seemed to work great in most parts of Ocean Grove.
