BIG4 Crystal Brook Tourist Park

Convenient location

We had to cut our trip short due to family illness by two nights but could not get a refund tried contacting booking.com as we were advised we may get a credit or refund definitely not the properties fault responsibility of booking.com

We were in an older cabin and it definitely needs upgrading but it was fine for our needs

The roadways through the park require work. Our cabin was "tired"

Location was perfect for our purpose. Beautiful area. Felt like we were in the countryside even though it was handy to shops and eating places. Accommodation was generous and comfortable.

Despite booking.com not telling us we couldn't stay 2 nights in the one room, the park staff moved other guests around and put us in the same room for both nights. Which is just as well, because the day in between was 43° and we have 4 kids

Only 1 out of 4 bunk beds were made, the WiFi did not work, and it was overpriced. Booking.com didn't tell us at booking that we would have to move rooms for the 2nd night. Luckily the park staff managed to fix the problem

2 bedroom cabin. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great water pressure and hot water

The location was beautiful, set in the bush and nice and quiet. The staff were friendly.

The bathroom of the cabin we stayed in was full of mould, bought to the staffs attention on checkout.

Staff were very nice, good location and pool and cabin were good

Unfortunately some of the games in the gaming room were broken and the playground was not big enough

We enjoy the convenience of this park, as it's close to our VIC family. The cabin was a good size for us all and a reasonable price for the number that stayed.

The pool was a bit too cold for us.

Location (nice bush setting but also close to shops), peaceful environment and comfortable bed.

Have stayed here before... It fits my needs when I drive to Melbourne more than a motel. Location is good with a bus stop 5mins from the property and a 5min drive to a good sized shopping centre. About 15mins drive to the big Doncaster shopping centre.

The playground and pool were great and the cabins were excellent. Loved the well keep grounds

The staff were lovely and our cabin size was very comfortable for just two people.

Zero green area, just a lot of rock. Nice walking trails outside the park, but not much for the kids within.

Loved our overnight stay at this gem, clean, quiet comfortable 2 bedroom cabin. The games room is a highlight .

That they accommodated us for an extra night

The pool half the amenities toilets were closed for winter even though there was a lot of cabins and vans sites booked. We had a lot of people there for a wedding and everything was closed no jumping pillow as advertise.

It was close to amenities and the staff were lovely and very helpful and family had an absolute ball with all the catch ups around the community bbq area kids just loved all the animals and the bird feeding Leeanne in the front office was just awesome friendly helpful polite and had a good laugh with us at funny things

Wifi weak snd just need to fix the roads

Very family friendly very good amenities and leeanne in office was friendly and helpful but the animals and beautiful birds that are human friendly and a great place and huge area for family gatherings

It was winter and of course not all things open wifi weak and goads are rough
