The struggle for parking
Very large room, comfortable bed, great service in restaurant and bar.
i couldn't find any faults with my stay.

that my room never got cleaned during a four day stay because of an eco option?
Location was good, pool was really great, staff were very accommodating with late Check-out. Roof terrace for evening drinks was amazing.
we liked the room and its size and cleanliness
Huge and very comfortable bed. Very clean.
It was a 30min walk to the train / ferry terminal.
Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom
The cleaner wasnt told about our late check out and accidently walked in on us "in bed" :)
Very good as always
Stayed here 20 years ago when we moved to Western Australia and has always been nice as we have stayed here . We stay here from Time to time Staff are always nice ?
This is an apartment-type hotel with a kitchen, sofa, coffee table, desk and chair. After moving me into a clean room, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the overall condition of the room was acceptable. One thing that didn't work was the stovetop, and they couldn't get it to work. The free laundry room was a nice amenity. The free wi-fi was streaming quality. The restaurant is very expensive. There's a market a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The first room they put me in was very dirty with cobwebs and years of built-up dirt on the furniture. The A/C didn't work, the refrigerator had dried, old food crumbs, and there were burnt out light bulbs. It was rectified by moving me to a different room. But, why would they even put me in a room that was THAT dirty? The housekeeping staff failed in a big way. Some rooms face a busy roadway.
Plenty of seating
No blankets in smaller room, only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, no mirrors except for 1 located in bathroom, dusty, carpet not vacuumed, lighting is poor
Disgusted with terrible condition water damaged, rusted,mould- insect infested fan, light and shower was also a public health bacteria filter severe infection hub.Considering next St
Comfortable for a short stay. The restaurant was nice and quiet. The pool/gym looked good but I didn’t have a chance to use.
Close to Fremantle but not within walking distance to restaurants
The room was large and spacious with a very comfortable king bed. It was great to have a kettle and toaster, small fridge, cutlery, glasses and plates etc. It was lovely coming back to the room each afternoon to see the bed had been made with fresh towels in the bathroom. The steak sandwich was delicious.
We had some noisy neighbours on the last night, but this was not the hotel's fault, of course.Wednesday night was Pasta night in the restaurant, and my partner and I saw the size of the meals coming out, so we decided we would share a bowl of spaghetti as I wasn't super hungry. When we ordered, we said that we were going to share and when ours came out, it was much smaller than the others we had seen and it was barely 10 mouthfuls between us. The pasta was delicious, just really small.
Lovely rooms and facilities. Staff were delightful and very attentive.
Few mistakes with food and beverages and breakfast wasn’t great. 1 small piece of toast for $12 was a bit crazy but everything else was incredible and we loved it.
Lovely room- roomy and well appointed. Pool and guest facilities were great. Positioned close to Fremantle but quiet!
Nothing to criticize
Couches are uncomfortable and cannot fit a family. Some rooms are small and do not have enough room to walk next to the bed. Housekeeping are amazing. Tv is difficult to operate.
Pool is great.
Nice decor and great food in restaurant
Bed very uncomfortable- springs moved and made a noise when I moved - this is really bad for the price of the room
Staff were polite, room was clean, bed is comfy, aircon was powerful, food was good, location was great.
They didn't tell us there was a party booked for the hotel on the night we checked in so it was VERY LOUD until quite late and the rooms weren't noise insulated. They could have warned guests or offered a discount. We also requested early checkin due to being awake since 3am but were only able to checkin 20mins before our due time of 2pm. The shower got the whole bathroom wet, and was hard to keep dry. But this is my second time staying here and it was great before, so assume it was just bad luck.
Initial room presentation was great. Parking availability is a rare commodity but a welcome inclusion albeit quite tight
Drains blocked, half toilet flush broken, given a dirty dish sponge, was generally a dusty room, random dirty areas. More attention to detail when it comes to cleaning would benefit future customers
I didn’t see the value in the superior room vs studio - I have stayed in both. For the price I believe the amenities could be better - the toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall and there is no coffee pod machine.
