The cabins are very nice and the entire area is nice. Very good option to explore Freycinet national park

The kitchen needs more love. It will also be great to install a dishwasher in the laundry area considering that there isn't a washer there. There isn't very hygienic to wash by hand.

Location and kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower

No real sitting area inside for TV watching, no wifi in unit

there is heat light in the bathroom to keep us warm. shower is warm.the main bedroom is comfythere is enough space in living room/ dining room/ kitchenkitchen provide everything we need

the kids bedroom is a bit small, and hostel style, like need to put the cover for everything yourself

Close to National Park

Floors were extremely dirty, toilet roll holder and hand towel rack falling off wall. Outside area unclean. Booked and paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. Advised reception as to why we were leaving and we were just told she would advise housekeeping, no offer to clean it or put us up in another room.

Loved the location.

Incredible location - right near the beach and right on the edge of the National park. Close to iconic spots and hikes. Lots of food options nearby too.

The porch has a table for some outdoor setting. Good cooking facilities. Clean utensils.

The toilet smells. A bit dusty.

It is very spacious cabin and location is great very close to the village shops and beach walk.

The staff is not very friendly, could improve providing better customer service. The old lady in the hotel reception is very grumpy every day. Please be mindful visitors come all the way far be nice. Also the furniture is very out dated considering the cost per night worth over $300, the quality of interior could be improved.

Very pricey for what you got. The exhaust fan above the shower also needed a clean.

Ideal location to access Coles Bay & Freycinet National Park. Cabins were comfortable and suitable for purpose. Shower head in Cabin 172 was terrible - barely enough water power to clean the soap off your body. Cabin 173 had a fabulous shower. Toilet position in both bathrooms was very squishy. Laundry facilities are fantastic!

Location is good,close to the main road and the beach. There are sunshine through the house.Kitchenware are practical for cooking like home.Electric blanket in the master bedroom is perfect.

Have to do bedding ourselves for the single beds.

The accommodation met the needs for a cabin.

The cabin was spotlessly clean and very neat with everything we needed. It was pretty tight but had a lovely feel with a very good and quiet heat pump. Good location too.

The price - was too expensive for what it was.

Judder bars inner road gave much pain as I have several spinal fusions. They threw the car about - seemed more elevated than normal road judder bars!

Good location. Smooth check-in.

The only issue: terrible Wi-fi signal.

Very uncomfortable room. Super tight bathroom, bed wasn't great and the lounge area wasn't set out well which made if very uncomfortable

Great value for the money. Bonus having the restaurant on site and location to a beach.

I thought it odd that we were expected to do our dishes before checking out, causes me to question how sanitary the dishes were we were using!
