    Pros +

    • Efficient collection and drop off of key. Modern television, plenty of towels and toilet paper.
    • Had a problem with the shower but the staff fixed it promptly and were really nice about it.Cabin was generally comfortable and was clean. Bed was good. Kitchen was well appointed.Park was close to Rye shops, RSL and Rye Hotel.
    • Good location, very close to restaurants and convenience stores. Fairly clean. Check-in and check-out were quite smooth. Beds were comfortable and linen seemed clean.

    Cons -

    • Cabin was not effectively cleaned - hair on sofa, stained sheets, dirty floor.
    • Cabin was on a hill and my elderly wife had difficulty negotiating the wooden steps.Plug in bathroom basin: Water just drained away while I was having a shave.Toilet cistern had a constant, slight leak.Had to kill a spider - he came in to take shelter from the rain. (not really their fault)Wifi didn't work. Had to watch free to air TV. My own mobile internet was also a bit poor on the busy nights - the telecoms companies only cater for off season population on the Mornington Peninsula. I got very few bars on 4G. (also not really their fault)
    • During the 2-day stay, there was no wifi at all. Normally that would not have been an issue but since the cellphone reception was bad too, it was a bit of an inconvenience. Especially since the sunset was still relatively early and in the cold nights being able to watch TV would have been nice. Secondly, though we were expected to wash the dishes, there was no dishwashing liquid.

It was quiet, close to beach and shops and as we were off season hardly anybody there.

Cabin Photos/description. We had my wifes mother with us and thought we were getting a 2 bedroom unit. However it was a double bunk in a bedroom and we were out in the living room/kitchen. Abit awkward!!

    - the price & availability in the peak season,- shower room space is bigger than normal caravan park.

-The hair dryer too dirty to use.

Affordable and a cute place to stay.

Noise from the other cabin’s gate was open and was banging all night

Location was very convenient. Staff was so kind and make me happy.

Cookware was a bit old and too small for big group.

Cabin was clean and comfortable in a quiet location.

Beautifully presented cabin, clean and up to date, quiet park, great arcade room, friendly and helpful staff, close to town/shops.

We had the most beautiful stay here! A perfect sunny weekend and our cabin was lovely! It’s really nice to be able to go away and bring the dog too.

Easy to check in, if you are checking in after hours there is contactless check in. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Great location being close to the pier and beach. plus close to shops. Park is lovely and quiet. Parking can be tight but we have always had enough room to park our car each time we have stayed.

It’s very close to the shops of Rye. The accommodation was clean and very well set up with beds organised exceptionally. We didn’t use the Spa but it was clean and hot.

    Nothing as very very good

    Location

Uncomfortable bed and bedding, no soaps or small towels or flannels.

    7VirginiePosted on: 3-15-2025

The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is great.

The bbq provided didn't work, a chopping knife would have been nice.

    9TIANPosted on: 2-21-2025

    convenient location

if can add on room cleaning daily that would be better and no bin bags

    5FarahPosted on: 2-5-2025

Cabin was clean, but the weather was hot and the aircon didn’t work good enough! We couldn’t sleep in the cabin so we left. I can only comment on the cleanliness as it was too hot to stay in it in a 35 degree day even with aircon on

It is exactly what you need to have a great time in between the beach bath.It is modern, water running perfectly, the facilities are great, parking just outside your bungalow, all the basics you need are there. The air-conditioning works qNo issues with the other residents, everyone respects each other.

It was way too expensive for a caravan park.

    9StavPosted on: 2-2-2025

Very clean and modern. Good size and walking distance to beach.

Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner couldn't reach the bedrooms.
